时隔32年，75岁刘晓庆官宣将再次饰演“武则天”



1月6日，著名演员刘晓庆在个人社交媒体发布动态，配文“32年后再次碰撞，必是王炸”，并晒出了与传奇化妆师毛戈平的妆后合影以及名为《武则天传奇》的剧本。消息一出，瞬间点燃了众多观众的时代情怀。此次回归，最大的看点莫过于载体的变革——从长篇电视剧转向时下最火热的竖屏微短剧赛道。这并非刘晓庆对短剧的初次尝试。近年来，她已接连主演了《萌宝助攻：五十岁婚宠》和《天降福星》两部短剧，积极拥抱这一影视新业态。在之前的采访中，她曾坦言出演短剧是为了“过戏瘾”，并自信地表示“短剧太好了，尤其适合我们这种演技好的人发挥”。面对行业变迁，她展现出惊人的适应性：“每一个时代我都在风口浪尖上。”

After 32 Years, 75-Year-Old Liu Xiaoqing Announces Her Return as "Wu Zetian" in a Vertical Short Drama


On January 6, renowned Chinese actress Liu Xiaoqing shared an update on her personal social media, writing, "Another clash after 32 years—this is bound to be a blockbuster," alongside photos of her completed makeup with legendary makeup artist Mao Geping and a script titled Wu Ze Tian Chuan Qi (The Empress of China). The post immediately sparked a wave of nostalgia among audiences. The most striking aspect of this comeback lies in the shift in format—from traditional long-form TV dramas to the currently popular vertical-screen short dramas. This, however, is not Liu Xiaoqing's first foray into in short-form drama. In recent years, she has appeared in two short dramas, Meng Bao Zhu Gong: Wu Shi Sui Hun Chong (Cute Baby's Assist: A Sweet Marriage at Fifty) and Tian Jiang Fu Xing (Fortune from Above), actively embracing this new emerging of film and television production. In previous interviews, she has spoken candidly about her enthusiasm for the format, noting that acting in short dramas allows her to "satisfy her passion for acting." 

She has also expressed confidence in the media, stating, "Short dramas are excellent—especially suited to actors with strong acting skills like us." Facing changes in the industry, she has demonstrated remarkable adaptability. As she once remarked, "In every era, I have always stood at the forefront of the trend."

河南省广播电视局将举办微短剧精品创作高级研修班


河南省广播电视局联合中国网络视听节目服务协会定于2026年1月14日-16日，在郑州市举办河南省微短剧精品创作高级研修班。通知中提到，培训对象为微短剧播出平台、制作机构、投流机构、传统影视公司的编剧、导演、制片人等创作人员及高层管理人员；网络视听节目专家库成员；有意向从事微短剧创作及运营人员。此外，主要培训内容包括：微短剧行业分析及发展趋势；结合河南传统文化挖掘题材融合创作、文化IP改编；微短剧流量运营与多元变现模式拆解；微短剧精品化底层创作逻辑；解析行业评优导向与推优规则等内容。培训内容指导性强，丰富实用。

Henan Provincial Radio and Television Bureau to Hold Advanced Training Program on High-Quality Mini Series Creation


The Henan Provincial Radio and Television Bureau, in collaboration with the China Netcasting Services Association, will host an Advanced Training Program on High-Quality Mini Series Creation in Henan Province from January 14 to 16, 2026, in Zhengzhou. According to the notice, the program is open to creative professionals and senior management personnel involved in mini series production, including screenwriters, directors, and producers from mini series distribution platforms, production companies, traffic operation agencies, and traditional film and television companies. 

It also welcomes members of the expert database for online audiovisual programs, as well as individuals who intend to engage in mini series creation and operation. In addition, the training will focus on key areas such as industry analysis and development trends of mini series; topic exploration and integrated creation rooted in Henan's traditional culture, as well as cultural IP adaptation; traffic operation strategies and diversified monetization models for mini series; the core creative logic behind high-quality mini series; and interpretations of industry evaluation standards and recommendation mechanisms. Emphasizing practicality and guidance, the program is designed to deliver rich, targeted, and highly applicable content, providing participants with valuable insights and actionable expertise for mini series creation and operation. 

聚焦微短剧：无锡高新区发布微短剧实训营计划


1月6日上午，无锡高新区（新吴区）“产文融合 聚力共赢”——高新区“微短剧实训营计划”发布暨微短剧社会实践基地正式启用，这也是该区整合资源、搭建平台、推动微短剧产业高质量发展的系列举措。高新区微短剧产业发展迎来重要时刻。活动现场，“微短剧实训营计划”发布。该计划以产教融合为核心理念，构建“理论学习+项目实践+产业对接”三位一体的培养体系，课程涵盖剧本创作、拍摄制作、运营推广等全产业链环节，为学员打通从课堂学习到产业实践的人才成长通路。聚焦微短剧新业态的“无锡高新区（新吴区）微短剧社会实践基地”正式启动。该基地聚焦微短剧新业态，依托区域坚实的产业基础、丰富的人文资源和先进的制作条件，系统构建从创意孵化、剧本创作到拍摄制作、成果转化的全链条支持体系，致力于成为连接创新人才培养与产业实践应用的重要枢纽。

Focus on Mini Series: Wuxi Hi-Tech District Launches Mini Series Training Camp Program

On January 6, Wuxi Hi-Tech District (Xinwu District) held the launch ceremony of the "Mini Series Training Camp Program" and officially opened the Mini Series Social Practice Base, under the theme "Integrating Industry and Culture, Working Together for Mutual Benefit." This marks an important step in the district's ongoing efforts to integrate resources, build platforms, and promote the high-quality development of the mini series industry. At the event, the "Mini Series Training Camp Program" was officially released. Based on the core concept of industry–education integration, the program establishes a three-in-one training system combining theoretical learning, project-based practice, and industry engagement. Its curriculum spans the entire industry chain, including scriptwriting, filming and production, as well as operation and promotion, providing participants with a clear pathway from classroom learning to real industry practice. 

At the same time, the Wuxi Hi-Tech District (Xinwu District) Mini Series Social Practice Base, which focuses on emerging formats of mini series, was officially put into operation. Relying on the district's strong industrial foundation, rich cultural resources, and advanced production facilities, the base systematically builds full-chain support system from creative incubation and script development to filming, production, and commercialization of outcomes. It aims to become an important hub linking innovative talent training with practical industry application.

南平首个乡村短剧拍摄基地启用


5日，南平首个乡村短剧拍摄基地在福建省邵武市金坑乡正式揭牌启用。基地依托当地丰富的红色文化遗址、古村落风貌及生态资源，探索“文旅+影视”融合模式，为乡村振兴注入新动能。“这里无需额外布景，每一块砖瓦都自带故事，是拍摄红色历史、乡村生活题材短剧的天然舞台。”邵武市金坑乡党委书记黄福文介绍，金坑乡保存有弹孔墙、红军桥等多处革命遗址，以及明清古街、传统民居等历史遗存。近日，宁波市江北区首个短剧主题文创园——徐江岸短剧创智园正式揭牌。园区坐落于江北区甬江街道畈里塘村，由徐江岸新屋自然村整村改造而来。曾经宁静的小村落如今焕然一新，成为集创作、拍摄、休闲、打卡于一体的潮流文创地标。这里不仅有百亩观光田园可随时取景，还有一站式产业服务，让灵感随时“落地”。徐江岸短剧创智园总占地面积约120亩，建筑面积超过1万平方米，园区计划于2026年4月正式“开门迎客”，致力于打造一个集短剧投资、拍摄制作、休闲娱乐、办公住宿于一体的全产业链综合体。

启用仪式上，邵武市金坑乡与永春县仙夹镇签署《党建联建·影视赋能共建合作协议》。双方将以乡村短剧为纽带，加强两地人文历史、经济社会等方面交流，挖掘乡土资源，实现优势互补，促进两地微短剧与文旅、农业、非遗等产业深度融合，共同打造具有区域辨识度的微短剧品牌。现场，该基地拍摄的首部短剧《棋手》同步举行开机仪式。

Nanping Launches Its First Rural Mini Series Filming Base


On January 5, Nanping's first rural mini series filming base was officially inaugurated in Jinkeng Township, Shaowu City, Fujian Province. Relying on rich revolutionary heritage  sites, ancient village landscapes, and ecological resources, the base explores a "culture, tourism and film & television" integrated development model, injecting new momentum into rural revitalization. "This place needs no additional sets, every brick and tile comes with its own story. It is a natural stage for filming mini series themed around revolutionary history and rural life," said Huang Fuwen, Party Secretary of Jinkeng Township. The Township preserves numerous revolutionary sites, such as bullet-marked walls and the Red Army Bridge, as well as historical remains including Ming and Qing dynasty ancient streets and traditional residences.

At the opening ceremony, Jinkeng Township of Shaowu City and Xianjia Town of Yongchun County signed the Party-Building and Film & Television Empowerment Cooperation Agreement. Using rural mini series as a connecting link, the two sides will strengthen exchanges in cultural heritage, history, and economic and social development, tap into local resources, and leverage complementary strengths, and promote deep integration of mini series with culture and tourism, agriculture, and intangible cultural heritage, jointly building a regionally distinctive mini series brand. At the event, the base's first filmed mini series, Qi Shou (The Chess Player), also held its inaugural filming ceremony.


微短剧成为健康科普“新载体”


由广东省卫生健康委员会、广东省广播电视局、广东省中医药局指导的科普公益微短剧《我的病人全是书中大佬》正式定档，于1月6日在广东省卫生健康委官方微信视频号“健康广东”播出。该剧讲述了一位现代精英医生意外穿越后，被迫在异世开启高难度行医还债之路的故事。《我的病人全是书中大佬》的主人公李景天从现代医学精英意外穿越成异世一个负债累累的药铺老板，身负智能医疗系统“元化”发布的巨额债务与负值家庭好感度。更棘手的是，系统所有关键任务都要求“强制组队”——他必须带着对他充满恐惧的“妻子”苏半夏与敌视他的“继子”苏小石共同完成。这使得他的逆袭之路，不仅是运用现代医学知识破解古代奇症的智慧比拼，更是一场在冒险中修复家庭裂痕、赢取信任的暖心旅程。

Mini Series Becomes a New Medium for Health Science Communication 


The public-interest science mini series Wo De Bing Ren Quan Shi Shu Zhong Da Lao (All My Patients Are Big Names from Books), guided by the Health Commission of Guangdong Provincial, the Radio and Television Administration of Guangdong Province, and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Bureau of Guangdong Province, has officially been scheduled for release. It premiered on January 6 on the official WeChat video account "Healthy Guangdong" of the Health Commission of Guangdong Provincial. 



The mini series tells the story of a modern elite doctor who accidentally travels through time and is forced to embark on a challenging journey of practicing medicine to repay overwhelming debts. 

The protagonist, Li Jingtian, is unexpectedly transported from a leading modern medical expert into a heavily indebted owner of a medicine shop in a different world. He is bound to an intelligent medical system named "Yuanhua," which assigns him massive debt and a severely negative family relationship rating. Even more challenging, all key system tasks require mandatory teamwork. Li Jingtian must complete them together with his wife Su Banxia, who fears him, and his stepson Su Xiaoshi, who is hostile toward him. As a result, his path to redemption is not only a contest of wisdom, using modern medical knowledge to unravel ancient medical mysteries, but also a heartfelt journey of repairing fractured family bonds and rebuilding trust through shared adversity.
化风景为故事 西双版纳以微短剧构建文旅新叙事



《曼波奇缘》《天赋》《叔叔的房子》等多部短剧在西双版纳完成取景拍摄，其中《曼波奇缘》近日在中泰两国同时开播上线。竖屏短剧《天赋》剧组辗转在勐海县勐巴拉国际旅游度假区-别墅区、如愿茶馆、茶园里音乐餐吧、傣益文化-傣族文化体验馆等地进行取景拍摄，紧锣密鼓完成了为期10天的拍摄，目前处于正后期剪辑阶段，不日将上映与观众见面。竖屏短剧《天赋》讲述的是一群年轻人勇敢追求音乐梦想的故事，背景设定在傣族聚居区，主人公家从事普洱茶经营，各种西双版纳元素贯穿其中。值得一提的是，这部曾获得全国微短剧大赛好故事作品奖的项目剧本，最初的故事背景并非设定于西双版纳。“开拍前，公司管理决策团队在西双版纳进行了长达3个月的采风，最终将拍摄地选定在西双版纳勐海县，主创团队提前1个月抵达勐海县采风筹备，将版纳元素深度融入原故事脉络。”该剧编剧及制片人吴姗姗介绍，“这里的冬日暖阳、四季绿意和朴实民风，让我们坚信把故事根植于这片土地非常有意义。我们希望通过这部剧，能让观众感受到这座城市的闲适气质和独特风采，呈现出大家所向往的诗与远方。”

Turning Scenery into Stories: Xishuangbanna Crafts a New Cultural Tourism Narrative through Mini Series


Multiple short dramas, including Man Bo Qi Yuan (Mambo Destiny), Tian Fu (Talent), and Shu Shu De Fang Zi (Uncle's House), have recently completed location filming in Xishuangbanna. Among them, Man Bo Qi Yuan was released simultaneously in China and Thailand. The vertical-format short drama Tian Fu was filmed at multiple locations, including the villa area of the Monbala International Tourism Resort in Menghai County, Ruyuan Tea House, Tea Garden Music Restaurant, and the Daiyi Culture—Dai Ethnic Cultural Experience Center. The production team completed an intensive 10-day shoot, and the series has now entered the post-production editing stage. Its release is expected soon. 


Tian Fu follows a group of young people who bravely pursue their musical dreams. Set in a Dai ethnic community, the story centers on a family engaged in Pu'er tea business, weaving rich Xishuangbanna elements into the narrative. Notably, the script—winner of the Best Story Award at a national mini series competition—was not originally set in Xishuangbanna. "Before filming began, the company's management and decision-making team conducted three months of field research in Xishuangbanna before ultimately choosing Menghai County as the filming location," said Wu Shanshan, the screenwriter and producer of the series.

"The main creative team arrived in Menghai one month in advance for research and preparation, deeply integrating local elements and settings into the original story framework." She added, "The warm winter sunshine, year-round greenery, and the simplicity of local customs convinced us that rooting the story here would be deeply meaningful. Through this series, we hope audiences can feel the city's relaxed atmosphere and unique charm, and glimpse the poetic lifestyle and distant dreams people long for."
