1月6日下午，由集团人力行政中心组织，商务中心与文旅产品中心共创的商业文化培训（Business Culture Training）第二期顺利举行！本期继续由王佩主讲，深入探讨跨文化背景下的思维拓展与实战经验。
现场，王佩奖励表彰了上期表现突出的学员——外贸中心刘一杰，随后以“在法国街头问路，你会选择谁？”这一趣味互动切入，引导大家理解文化背后所承载的价值观与行为逻辑，并进一步阐述了文化智商（CQ）的重要性：它不仅帮助理解差异，更能将多样性转化为服务优势，为客户打造“难忘的体验”。
在情景讨论环节，各组围绕“如何接待素食主义者”、“如何送外籍友人鲜花”等实际问题展开交流，引导小组从战略规划、知识储备与执行能力等多维度出发，锻炼各部门同事跨文化沟通中的应变与协作能力。

Business Culture Training Session 2 | Is there much knowledge in asking for directions?
On the afternoon of January 6th, the second installment of the Business Culture Training, organized by the Group's Human Resources and Administration Center and co-created by the Business Center and the Cultural Tourism Product Center, was successfully held! This session continued with Wang Pei as the speaker, delving into the expansion of thinking and practical experience in a cross-cultural context.
At the event, Wang Pei rewarded and commended Liu Yijie from the Foreign Trade Center, who had demonstrated outstanding performance in the previous session. Then, starting with an interesting interactive question, "Who would you choose to ask for directions on the streets of France?", she guided everyone to understand the values and behavioral logic behind culture, and further elaborated on the importance of cultural intelligence (CQ): it not only helps understand differences, but also transforms diversity into a service advantage, creating an "unforgettable experience" for customers.
During the scenario discussion session, each group engaged in exchanges around practical issues such as "how to accommodate vegetarians" and "how to present flowers to foreign guests". The discussion guided the groups to consider multiple dimensions, including strategic planning, knowledge reserves, and execution capabilities, thereby honing the adaptability and collaboration skills of colleagues from various departments in cross-cultural communication.
