关务小二据美国贸易代表办公室（USTR）消息，2025年12月22日USTR发布通知：对原产于中国的半导体相关产品加征301关税，初始税率为0%，自2027年6月23日起18个月内逐步提高。

关税清单计划生效时间为2027年6月23日。
加征标识码HTS：9903.91.05。附加关税将于2027年6月23日启动加征，USTR将在该日期至少30天前通过《联邦公报》发布具体加征额度通知。

2024年12月23日，USTR正式启动对中国半导体产业的301条款调查，重点评估中国半导体作为关键组件在国防、汽车、医疗设备、航空航天、电信以及发电与电网等战略性下游行业的整合程度。
