Chief Engineer Civil Engine Future Programmes

For the last two years Phil has held the role of Chief Engineer for Civil Engine Future Programmes at Rolls-Royce.
Phil leads product technology integration to fulfil future propulsion requirements for the next generations of civil aircraft.
Over his 20 year career with Rolls-Royce Phil has held numerous roles across Defence Engine Programmes. Phil has also spent a number of years on the Rolls-Royce Technical Audit Team, directing and advising technical development of Military and Civil Engine Programmes and more recently has held the roles of Chief Service Engineer for Helicopter Engines and Chief Project Engineer for the UltraFan™ project.
