As a Manager Design Engineering - Fluid System at Rolls Royce Power System, you will be responsible of applying principles ofFluid Science, Thermodynamics and Energy Conversion in the areas of diesel engine oil system, cooling system and lubrication system design anddevelopment.

Key Accountabilities主要职责：
Mechanicaldesign
Mechanical design for diesel engine oil systems, cooling systems and lubrication systems in accordance with company guidelines, drawings and drafts considering application, cost, performance, manufacture, assembly and service
Standardize different parts/components with similar functions.
Create drafts/drawings based on feasibility and capability of manufacturing techniques, materials and production standards.
Effective communication with stakeholders, such as team members, engineers from other teams, technical managers, project leaders, product and manufacturing engineers, and supplier partners.
Designimprovement and alternation
Obtain and check design documentation (e.g. parts lists, drawings).
Evaluate feasibility of improvement of parts, components and assemblies.
Carry out design improvements and alternations.
Engineeringcalculation
Calculate technical layouts for parts, components and assemblies.
Carry out engineering calculations with scientific formulas (e.g. mass, strength, cross section, center of gravity, stiffness)
Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求：
Bachelor’s degreeor above in an accredited Engineering, Internal Combustion Engines, ThermalEnergy, Fluid Science, Vehicle Engineering or equivalent.
Min. 5 yearsworking experience in the field of engine design, mechanical design orcomparable field.
Familiar withindustry standards, rules and regulations, such as DIN, ISO, and so on.
Strongunderstanding of design, molding, processing technology, test standards, etc ofengine oil system, cooling system and lubrication system.
Advanced skills in Pro-E, Auto CAD to create3D/2D models and drawings.
Good communication ability and coordinationskills, can analysis and solve the relevant issue accurately and timely.
Ability to effectively communicate in English working environment.
