As a Senior Production Planning Manager atRolls Royce Power System, youwill be responsible for establishing robust processes at each stage of planningand control of manufacturing to enable customer delivery and responsivenessperformance with optimized inventory; You will also be in charge of planning,introducing and controlling product supply activities from the interface withsales, engineering, production planning, supply chain from material supply todelivery of the finished products, and production management, including theflow of information and physical materials, managing the production planning ofSystem Manufacturing at RRPS China, including JV sites and supporting the productionplanning of Loose Engine Manufacturing at the production sites of RRPS China,including JV sites.

Key Accountabilities主要职责：
Manage the processes through the supply chainfrom the production planning, supply of materials, production execution to thepoint of customer delivery;
Ensure the products are delivered on-time to meetthe customers' agreed needs by best cooperation with other functions throughoutthe company.
Manage the production capacity and regularproductivity to match with sales demands by analysis of capacity versusutilization, management of production scheduling, headcount planning, equipmentutilization, material handling, and production control activities.
Organize the sales order review and communicatewith Sales Department to provide delivery commitment. Ensure on time deliverytarget is achieved; Interpret and transfer customer flexible deliveryrequirements to production plan and material demand plan, ensure materialsupplied just in time and in the right quantity;
Coordinate to achieve production plan, capacityutilization, availability of material and safety inventory stock with standardcost and planned time; Monitor and control any plan deviation including(production cost, production capacity, stoppages and downtime);
Monitor the entire supply chain processes tominimize inventories and increase the inventory turns;
Manufacturing budgetplanning and control. Drive down operating costs through simpler, betterprocess solutions;
Coordinate new productionfootprint in production planning to enable future performance; Observe thesafety regulations of the company.
Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求：
Degree/ Diploma holder in Logistics / Engineering or similar, or possess equivalentqualifications
Above 10 years work experience and minimum5 years in management role in production planning, logistics or supply chain management in a manufacturing environment,
Experience in inventory management and improvement of internal and external logistics management with problem solving tools and methodology
Abilityto work with mathematical concepts including probability and statistical inference. Ability to analyze and solve practical problems and deal with avariety of complex variables issues
Experience in ISO9001 and ISO14001 implementation and / or relevant audit
Good skill of cross communication with internal/external departments and stakeholders, and teamwork player;
Rich experience in use of SAP system; Able to communicate successfully in English and Mandarin in both written and oral, good at office software
