As a Buyer at Rolls Royce Power System, you will be responsible for carrying outmarket research of procurement markets, selecting supplier and invite totender, handling supplier pre-qualification, handle contract form andnegotiation, procuring material for the relevant location, carrying outsupplier management / supply chain management, carrying out contract managementand procuring non-production material.

Key Accountabilities主要职责：
Market research of procurement markets follow supply chain trends in China and Asia Pacific
Develop commodity strategies based on global procurement strategy, develop regional procurement strategies based on the global production concept and the regionally available goods and services, monitor the market and price development (worldwide)
Identity suitable suppliers and invite them to tender
Review suppliers’ capability while aiming for long-term cooperation, Establish procurement alternatives and open competitive situations, Evaluateand select suppliers, Pre-audit of suppliers and negotiate contracts anddelivery terms for local purpose
Carry out contract form and price negatiation
Conclude development contracts and co-operation agreements, Conclude supply contracts, Conduct procurement and price negotiations, Conclude procurement and service agreements for investments, Conduct contract management with series suppliers
Procure production material for the relevant loc ation
Procure components fortrial, prototype and pre-production series and follow up, Ensure initial sample qualification
Procure non-production material
Handle task analogousto production material, Negotiate/sign agreements for non-production material, Align technical/commercial requirements regarding non-production material, Saleand disposal of used commodities (scrap and machines)
Negotiate leasing contracts of all sorts (storage, offices, IT, company cars, etc.), Negotiateall utilities (electricity, water, and gas), Clarify open issues between supplier and development, quality management and purchasing in Germany MTU-F, Workin projects and within a team, Organize regular meetings and follow up ofdifferent topics, write reports in English, carry out business communication in English
Any other assignment from time to time
Assist HSE on facility management, Office administration support in HK office
Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求：
Degree/Diploma holder in Marketing/Commercial/ Business Management or similar, or possess equivalent qualifications
At least 5 years relevant working experiences in purchasing, quality and supply chain management
Experience in the identification and development of suppliers, Good command of both spoken & written English, good at office software
Fluentin Mandarin and Cantonese, Good technical understanding, General understanding of ISO 9001/45001/14001 standards
Knowledge of standard business and contract terms, Knowledge of MTU – products spectrum (can be trained)
Good communication skills, and is a good teamplayer, willing to travel within China and international regions ~20%
