An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Flight Technician to be responsible for thedisassembly, repair, re-assembly and visual inspection of Rolls-Royce gasturbine engine components and associated airframe components in a shop or fieldenvironment. Each technician is expected to perform his/her duties in asatisfactory manor while under direct supervision of their assigned team leadto be determined by our Quality and Operations management team. Each technicianwill be jointly responsible for their career path and development toward futureorganizational growth, including leadership roles. This is a lead position andtherefore, this person is expected to lead a team of technicians in the fieldand be the liaison between the customer, maintenance control, the OSD and thecustomer service team.

Key Accountabilities主要职责：
Competently disassemble, clean, and assembleengines and modules at an intermediate level. Operate equipment such asforklift, scissor lift, hoist, Pneumatic and power hand tools, along withspecial engine tools.
Operate precision tools and equipment to performaccurate dimensions without error. Comply with work scope instructions asdirected by our Maintenance Operations Center or your team lead.
Use troubleshooting logic to identify defects incomponent or parts. Access and use engine data materials such as AMM, EMM, IPCEtc.
Understand; interpret and apply Service Bulletins,FAA Advisory Directives and Technical Variances when applicable.
Read and interpret blueprints and engineeringdrawings. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Provide logistics experience such as, shipping,receiving and inventory.
Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求：
High School Diploma or equivalent; FAA Airframe& Power Plant License or ability to obtain a FAA Repairman's Certificate
7+ years working with gas turbine engine componentsor similar industry experience. Ability to lift engine components weighing upto approximately 50 pounds.
Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English is a must requirement, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills are nice to have.
Ability to work any shift and overtime as needed. Ability totravel up 80% domestically and internationally as needed.
Ability to pass an FAA required eye exam. Abilityto Interface with customers as required. Participation in an FAA Drug &Alcohol Abatement Program.
Responsibility for paperwork including log bookentries, 8130-3 and return to service documents. Ability to obtain and holdfull inspection authority Able to act in a lead capacity when directed by ourMaintenance Operations center.
3+ years in a leadership role or Bachelor’s degree.Bore Blend knowledge or extensive Borescoping capabilities on multiple engine types
