About this role:
In support of the repair and overhaul programme for Rolls-Royce Trent 700, Trent 800 and Trent XWB engines. As a member of the Overhaul Support Team within this shop, this represents an opportunity to develop your career through exposure to a wide variety of in-service issues, commercial issues and customer contact.
We hope you are:
Manage subject engines in the shop to achieve business requirements in terms of quality, cost and delivery
Evaluate and report service-run engine part conditions
Identify and analyse both engineering and commercial trends
Provide quality assurance support to the shop and to Rolls-Royce Customer teams
Participate in engineering investigations as required
Ensure operational activity is compliant with business plans and policies and resolve deviations as necessary
Experience of working in an MRO environment and/or the airline industry, with operational and repair experience on gas turbines
Strong understanding of engine components, system and functionality
High degree of self-motivation, flexibility, initiative, action-orientation, and vision supplemented with good IT skills
Fluency in English (Cantonese and Mandarin are beneficial, but not essential)

About this role:
As an account officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Account Manager/VP Customers in their account management leadership role. The Account Officer will also help to integrate all aspects of the customer experience and direct the organization to ensure that expectations are set, met or exceeded. The Account Officer will deputies for the AM/VP where appropriate.

Support the Account Manager/VP Customers in defining and implementing customer account strategies. As a Service Representative, you will deliver technical and operational support and contracted services for our customers.
