In order to meet the new requirements of the Zoomlion corporation international business development, to cultivate a group of overseas marketing teams who can expand overseas market, dare to fight and to win competition market battles. At the moment of Zoomlion's Science and Technology Achievements Exhibition and Zoomlion Thirtieth-Anniversary activities, the Administration and Human Resource Department successfully held the " 2023 ZITC Excellent Star Training Class " in Lugu Industrial Park on May 8-9, 2023. It’s a two-day all products line knowledge transfer and global customer invitation training for 18 colleagues from 12 countries.

Opening Ceremony
In the morning of May 8th, the opening ceremony of the "Excellent Star Training” was successfully held in Lugu Industrial Park 4044 Lecture Hall. Deputy General Manager of ZITC Mrs.Huang Chengya, Deputy General Manager of ZITC Mr. Wu Weiheng, and HRD Snowy Liu attended the opening ceremony.
At beginning, Snowy Liu as the host, expressed a warm welcome to the local employees who came from afar. He emphasized that the all participants are global marketing elites from the global market line. The objectives of this training are: First, to transfer the company international development strategy and product layout strategy, as well as the corporate culture understanding; Secondly, to build a bridge of good communication between local employees and headquarters; Finally, the whole process of 511 activity business reception, so as to enhance international customers' recognition of zoomlion.
After that, Mr. Wu Weiheng gave a special speech. He first welcomed the arrival of local employees on behalf of ZITC. Based on his overseas working background, he affirmed the importance of front-line marketing work, and hoped that the trainees can "learn efficiently and draw lessons from one example" , and then all trainees can construct a good communication bridget between the front line and HQ. Finally, Mr. Wu Weiheng announced that 2023 ZITC "Excellent Star" training class started!
Employees are the biggest wealth for Zoomlion, Zoomlion has always closely combined the interests of employees with the development of the company, and is committed to creating a career development platform and space for employees . The training was strongly supported by Mrs Huang Chengya, she warmly talked with each employee before class start, she said that this training can give each employee an opportunity to improve their skills, shared mutual trust and fully understanding Zoomlion culture. Through this training all can know more about company culture, get more product knowledge, and business delivery operation. Finally, all managers took a group photo with all the stars.

Course Design
The training focused on the new products and strategy planning of Zoomlion's various product lines, and set up 8 professional courses: company introduction, excavator product training, crawler crane product training, earthmoving product training, high machine product training, concrete product training, construction product training, fund claim training, etc.
Through the detailed and comprehensive business reception training, the local employees have been improved from multiple dimensions, and collaboration with HQ team.
