2021年9月17日下午，在上海市科学技术委员会、英国国家研究与创新总署、欧洲企业服务网络指导下，由上海市科技创业中心、上海市宝山区科学技术委员会和英国创新署共同主办，上海临港新业坊城工科技有限公司、上海科威国际技术转移中心有限公司和英国创新署中小企业服务中心联合承办的中英精准医疗技术项目对接暨跨境加速合作路演日DEMO DAY以线上和线下相结合的方式圆满举行。
来自政府机构、医疗健康行业内的技术企业、投资公司、医疗机构、创新创业服务机构的代表们莅临活动现场，而来自英方的组织机构和支持机构、参与对接加速的英方企业则通过线上远程接入，中外代表“共聚一堂”，共话中英精准医疗技术领域的创新合作。
With the support of Science and Technology Commissionof Shanghai Municipality(STCSM), UK Research and Innovation(UKRI) and Enterprise Europe Network(EEN), co-sponsored by Shanghai Technology Innovation Center(STIC, EEN East China), Science and Technology Committee of Baoshan District and Innovate UK(EEN UK), UK-China Virtual Matchmaking Precision Medicine in 2021 DEMO DAY was successfully held in Shanghai and streamed online on September 17, 2021. Representatives from government, local hospitals, corporates, venture capitals, tech-SMEs, innovation and entrepreneurship service providers attended the event, while the UK counterparts joined online.
上海市科学技术委员会国际合作处处长何晌艳女士和英国国家研究与创新总署中国总监Daniel Brooker先生分别致辞并作开幕演讲，向参会代表们分享了中英两国医疗健康领域合作机构间的合作信息及取得的合作成果。
Ms. Shangyan He, Director of International Cooperation Division of Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality and Mr. Daniel Brooker, Director of UKRI China, respectively delivered opening speeches, demonstrating the information and achievements of the cooperation between China and UK stakeholders in healthcare sector.
中英精准医疗技术项目对接暨跨境加速合作是英国创新署发起的全球商业创新计划（Global Business Innovation Programme,GBIP）重点专题活动之一，参与本次对接加速项目的15家英方企业由英国研究与创新署经过精心筛选后推荐。在中英双方的共同努力下，本项目的整体工作历时4个月。经过首轮项目分析诊断、第二轮线上启动展示、第三轮单独对接洽谈，最终由4家英国企业进入终轮路演。
“UK-China Virtual Matchmaking Precision Medicine Program” under the Global Business Innovation Programme has selected to fund a small cohort of high-growth, ambitious UK companies with expertise in precision medicine technologies to explore opportunities for innovation collaboration and technology exchange with Chinese partners. During the 4 months of hard work, the Program has been run step by step. Followed by Kick-Off Day and two months of intense 1 on 1 virtual machmaking, 4 companies were selected for the Demo Day.
4家英国企业，向参会代表们逐一介绍了各自技术项目落地中国取得的阶段成果及今后的路径优化计划。随后，中外代表共同观看了概况呈现中英精准医疗技术项目对接暨跨境加速合作整个过程及阶段成果的回顾视频。
For the Start-up Pitching, 4 UK companies selected for the Demo Day introduced to the audience the matchmaking results that have been achieved by far and their path optimization plans to land in China. Afterwards, participants both online and offline watched the video that outlined the entire working process of the UK-China Virtual Matchmaking Precision Medicine Program and the highlights of the finished virtual matchmaking meetings.
圆桌论坛环节，来自默克中国创新中心、赛诺菲中国、桐树基因、山蓝资本和微创医疗的五位特邀嘉宾围绕“精准医疗领域的跨境合作机遇”的话题展开了一场火花四射的头脑风暴，各位嘉宾讨论热烈，从不同的角度对海外项目落地中国提出自己的见解，线上线下的参会者们听得趣味盎然，积极互动，气氛活跃。
During the Panel Discussion, five guest speakers respectively from Merck China Innovation Hub, SANOFI China, Tongshu Gene, SUNLAND FUND and Shanghai MicroPort Medical (Group) Co.,Ltd had a heated discussion on Collaboration Options in the Precision Medicine Industry. The opinions put forward by the speakers were very insightful and informative, from different perspectives regarding landing of the overseas projects in China, which aroused great interest of the participants both online and offline and their active interaction.
之后，上海市科技创业中心黄丽宏副主任（主持工作）介绍了欧洲企业服务网络华东中心的工作，并向上海临港新业坊城工科技有限公司授牌“欧洲企业服务网络华东中心合作基地”，这是首个欧洲企业服务网络华东中心区级合作基地，期待今后能够进一步激活市区联动服务资源，推进更多海外硬科技项目与中方垂直领域适配企业及机构的精准对接合作。
Afterwards, the first district-level EEN East China Partnering Base was set up in Shanghai Lingang Innovation Galaxy Chenggong Technology Co.,Ltd and recognized by Shanghai Technology Innovation Center. We are looking forward to more precise matchmaking and cooperation in vertical fields between overseas and local tech SMEs.
未来，中英双方也将继续携手并进，共同推动英国企业能够早日落地中国，与中国合作伙伴共同打造“更快、更安全、更有效”的医疗健康解决方案，共享美好生活，这也将助力中英跨境创新合作迈向一个新台阶。
Next, China and the UK will continue to work together to promote UK Companies’ ground running in China, with the aim of co-developing faster, safer and more effective healthcare solutions and sharing a better future, which will also bring China-UK cross-border innovation collaboration to a new level.
