Berkshire Hospitality is a US-based company specializing in producing high-quality textile products for the hotel industry in north American countries now. We had served numerous international hotel brands and distributors, production facilities are based in China and overseas southeast countries. We are a company with a global vision. Our parent company is in China and wants to actively expand the hospitality and healthcare market in the Middle East.
We are currently seeking a Sales Representative/Agent to be responsible for our sales operations in the Middle East region.

工作职责：
1. 与中东地区酒店客户和经销商进行商务交流并推广我们的酒店&医疗类纺织产品；
2. 开发并维护与中东地区酒店客户的长期合作关系。开发新客户并获得订单，帮助销售增长；
3. 维护客户合作关系，妥善帮助解决客户的问题和需求，与客户保持积极、良好和持久的关系；
4. 定期跟进订单，确保及时交货；
5. 分析市场趋势和竞争情况，提供市场反馈和建议。如：为定制项目准备演示文稿，生产方向和价格指南，执行项目工作。
要求：
1. 有销售经验，有酒店和医疗纺织品经验者优先；
2. 熟悉中东地区的酒店和医疗市场和客户群，有成功的销售业绩和长期的客户关系；
3. 优秀的沟通技巧，谈判技巧和客户服务意识；
4. 能够独立完成销售任务，具有良好的计划和执行能力；
5. 根据项目目标，管理项目从构思到完成推进。负责多个项目的整体项目交付(成本，进度，质量，信息，合同)；
6. 管理项目所有预算、进度、范围开发、设计和施工合同、文件、程序和流程控制；
7. 根据进度进行成本控制，审查和监控建设项目的状态和差异。

Sales Representative/Agent
Job Responsibilities:
1. Contact and promote our hospitality and healthcare textile products to hotel clients and distributors in the Middle East region.
2. Develop and maintain long-term cooperation with hotel clients in the Middle East region. Develop new customer and get orders, helping in growing sales.
3. Manage customer relationships and resolve issues and needs. Maintain a positive and lasting relationship with customers so they are always comfortable coming to Berkshire Hospitality for their needs.
4. Follow up on orders regularly to ensure timely delivery. Sending emails to prospects and follow up.
5. Analyze market trends and competition, provide market feedback and suggestions. Preparing presentations, production direction for “custom” projects and price guideline execute project work.
Requirements:
1. Experience in sales, preferably in hospitality and healthcare industry.
2. Familiarity with hospitality and healthcare market and customer base in the Middle East region, with a track record of successful sales performance and long-term customer relationships.
3. Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and customer service awareness.
4. Ability to complete sales tasks independently with good planning and execution capabilities.
5. Manage project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. Responsible for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts) on multiple project assignments.
6. Manages all budgets, schedules, scope development, design and construction contracts, documents, procedures, and controls for assigned projects.
7. Reviews status and monitors variances of the construction project database relative to scheduling and cost control reporting.
8. Ability to adapt to business travel and flexible working hours.
