China’s first State Council executive meeting of 2020 was held on Jan 3, which put forward measures to accelerate the capacity-building of service outsourcing and promote the transformation and upgrading of the service industry.
Service outsourcing is the frontier field of the development of modern market-oriented economies, meaning that enterprises entrust some production and operation procedures to professional companies, reducing costs, improving efficiency, and making use of their respective advantages. The measures will speed up the development of the service outsourcing industry in China and even the world.
