During the 2022 CIFTIS, a thematic exhibition on Telecommunications, Computer and Information Services will be held in Halls 11 and 10 of Shougang Park, with an exhibition area up to 17,150 square meters, almost twice of the last year. By then, two exhibition halls respectively themed Communication and Digital Technology and Metaverse Application will be arranged, where six zones for communication infrastructure, cloud computing & big data, integrated circuit & industrial Internet, metaverse content production, metaverse scenario application, and metaverse release will be set up.
In the meantime, more events will be holding include the Forum on IC Industry Development and Cooperation and the Forum on Industrial Internet Innovation and Development, the 2022 Digital Economy Development Conference, as well as over 10 forums focusing on ICT industry, such as those themed International Collaborative Development of Information and Communication, "Channel Computing Resources from the East to the West" and Computing Power Development, Future Travel Reform under the Background of "Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality", and Integrative Development and Innovative Application of World Artificial Intelligence. All of these forums will witness in-depth probing into frontier topics like the Internet 3.0, 5G innovation, data factors, open source for technologies and smart driving.
According to the "Top 100 Enterprises Furthering Digital Transformation in 2022" recently released by the CIWEEK, there are 41 of such enterprises headquartered in Beijing, far more than those in other provinces and cities. Leveraging the opportunity of CIFTIS, global mainstays of the digital economic industry are now converging in Beijing. In this ranking, over half of the top ten leading enterprises will participate in the trade fair, and a majority of 41 Beijing-based digital technology enterprises have determined their participation. Multiple enterprises listed in that ranking are making vigorous preparations for their participation, including China Telecom, Alibaba, China Mobile, JDT, China Unicom, BOE, iFlytek, Kingdee and SEEYON.com. A grand exhibition on digital economy is poised to be kicked off at Shougang Park.
