关于举办年会活动的规定与建议

亲爱的同事们：

鉴于近期新冠疫情的发展态势，西门子能源中国应急响应团队此前已决定不组织全公司范围的迎新年会活动。

元旦期间，国内多个城市（北京、石家庄、邢台、沈阳、大连、黑河）陆续出现了新冠疫情局部爆发的情况。考虑到春节临近，针对这一情况，有关各级政府部门陆续出台了多项疫情防控措施，其中特别对举办年会和聚会提出了具体要求。请各位同事及时了解工作所在地的相关防疫规定，并严格遵守执行。

就西门子能源中国所属各单位（包括各业务部门、职能部门和附属公司/合资公司）举办年会活动，西门子能源中国应急响应团队制订如下规定和建议，请遵守执行：

• 在政府划分的有中度风险和高度风险疫情区域的城市（截止到1月6日：北京、石家庄、邢台、沈阳、大连、黑河），不得组织年会活动。

• 除上述城市外，在其他城市，如任何单位计划组织年会活动，请严格遵守当地政府有关部门制订的疫情防控措施。此外，请将年会活动计划和详细的疫情防控措施提交给西门子能源中国应急响应团队，并取得批准方可组织进行。

• 禁止以参加年会为目的的差旅。

• 对于其他活动或会议，强烈建议通过虚拟或线上方式进行。

Dear colleagues,

In view of the recent development of COVID-19, we have decided not to organize company-wide annual parties for the upcoming Spring Festival.

The pandemic situation in some cities and provinces has become even more volatile during the New Year holiday such as Beijing, Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, Shenyang, Dalian and Heihe. In response to this, and as the Chinese New Year is coming, guidelines have been issued by national and local governments on measures for pandemic prevention and control, especially on year-end meetings and gatherings. Please make reference to such regulations at your locations and strictly abide by all the required measures.

For all organizations of SE China (including business organizations, corporate functions and AC/JVs), please observe the following guidelines and recommendations on annual parties:

• For those cities with “Median and High Risk Areas” (As of January 6: Beijing, Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, Shenyang, Dalian and Heihe) announced by relevant government authorities, no annual party activities should be organized.

• For cities other than the above, in case you plan to organize any annual party activities, please follow requirements by the local governments on COVID-19 prevention. Please report such activities and submit a detailed COVID-19 prevention plan ahead of time for approval by SE CN ERT.

• No travel is allowed for the purpose of participating annual party activities.

• For other events or conferences, virtual/online formats are strongly suggested.
