In a few hours, the exciting moment will have come, and Siemens Energy will be up and running in China. We’ve come a long way, and we are now ready. This historic moment is encouraging and full of celebration for what we have achieved as well as anticipation for what more will come.

此时此刻，我们与大家一样心潮澎湃。为了这一刻的到来，过去几个月里，众多同事夜以继日、不辞劳苦。当下疫情肆虐全球，对我们的生活和工作造成了前所未有的困难和影响。我们深知，在这种情况下，为确保各项工作顺利开展，大家更是付出了前所未有的艰苦努力。衷心感谢大家的辛勤付出！

We share the same excitement as you do. To reach this moment, many colleagues have been working tirelessly to put things together over the past months – thank you for your tremendous work! We know how much you have undertaken to make this happen, especially in an unprecedented global health crisis that has taken an enormous toll on our daily lives and work.

Likewise, there are many others on the frontline, at project sites, factories, and in support functions working under very challenging conditions to safeguard our operations and serve our customers. You #KeepTheLightsOn, and you spark hope even in this unprecedented situation. Thank you for making Day One a special and truly meaningful moment for us! 

几小时以后，中国的4300多名员工将正式成为西门子能源的一员。从这一刻起，我们将迈出坚实的一步，真正成为一家独立运营的能源企业。面对严峻的市场环境，我们将满怀企业家精神，投入超凡的努力，引领前行之路。“第一天”绝不是终点，而是漫漫征程的起点，而这一征程必将成就非凡。

In a few hours, 4,300 of you in China will become part of Siemens Energy, a pure play in the energy market. From this moment on, we are taking the next step to becoming an independent company and shaping the way forward. We must take an entrepreneurial mindset and work extremely hard because the market conditions are tough: Day One is by no means the finish line – it is the first step on a long journey, and the journey is going to be a great one!

作为一家独立运营的企业，我们将一如既往坚持以客户为中心。中国能源转型的进程并没有因为新冠病毒疫情的爆发而停滞。在最近进行的高层客户视频会议上，中国客户对我们始终如一、不遗余力地满足他们的业务需求大为赞赏，并表达了在更广泛的领域中加强合作的愿望。在当前疫情影响的艰难时刻，我们仍然不负期望，使命必达。在未来的日子里，我们将恪守信念，凭借最高品质的产品、解决方案和卓越项目管理，来兑现我们的承诺。

As an independent company, we need to maintain our strong customer focus. The coronavirus outbreak did not hold back the grand energy transition of China. During recent virtual meetings, our Chinese customers have recognized our great efforts to meet their business demands and have expressed their wishes to work more closely with us in wider areas. We did not let them down even during the recent difficult times we live in. We must carry forward this spirit and continue to deliver on our commitment, with the highest quality products, solutions and project excellence.

成功的企业家总是不断推陈出新，锐意进取。这同样也是我们的方向。从奠定电气化时代基础的实用发电机，到重塑未来能源世界的Power-to-X（以清洁能源为主体的能源转化）技术，创新使我们在不同时代脱颖而出。当下的疫情也已展现出数字化与传统产业相结合所能迸发的巨大能量，而激发这一潜力则需要大胆的想象力和持久的创造力。当我们审视这些新的技术趋势、思考新的业务机会时，我们也要时常自问：这些对我们的环境、社会、客户以及我们自身来说能够带来积极的影响吗？这是我们能够做出的最佳选择吗？或仅仅是随波逐流？

Successful entrepreneurs always keep innovating and constantly strive for improvement. So will we. From the dynamo machine that laid the foundation of a new age of electricity to the Power-to-X technology that will reshape the future energy world – innovation is what sets us apart. The pandemic has also shown the great potential for coupling digitalization with established industries, which calls for bold imagination and persistent creativity. Thinking of all these technological trends and opportunities, we need to always ask ourselves: Does this really make sense for the environment, society, customers, and us, is this the best we can do – or is it just what everybody else is doing?

在打造新公司的过程中，人才弥足珍贵。我们的公司汇聚了最优秀的管理团队和专业人才。在过去的几个月里，面对前所未有，且又充满不确定性的局面，我们彼此相助、同心协力、迎难而上。而要成就新的伟业，我们需要同样的热忱、勇气和投入，以及最为重要的——团队精神。西门子能源并不仅仅关乎“你”或“我”，而更关乎“我们”。

As we shape this new company, we value people more than anything else. We have gathered a great leadership team and professionals. Over the past months, this team has been looking out for each other, tackling various challenges together and standing in solidarity in face of unprecedented uncertainty. We need the same compassion, courage, dedication, and – most importantly – strong teamwork if we really want to achieve the great things that we have set out to do. Siemens Energy is not about "You"or "I". Siemens Energy is about "Us".
