About the position
The Department of Mathematics at the University of California, Davis invites applications for one Assistant Professor (tenure-track) faculty position starting July 1, 2024. The Department is particularly interested in hiring in Scientific Computation, Data Science, and Numerical Analysis. Minimum qualifications for the position include a Ph.D. or its equivalent in the Mathematical Sciences or a related field and demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching and research. Duties include mathematical research, undergraduate and graduate teaching, and departmental, university and professional
service.
