About this position
We are seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow in the area of theoretical machine learning at the Lane Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at West Virginia University. This position is funded by DARPA and is focused on designing and developing models for machine learning grounded in rigorous approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research on dataless neural networks (DNNs).
Attend research conferences and stay updated with technological advances and current research findings.
Teach one course in theoretical computer science.
The position is for one year, starting August 15, 2025.
Extensions are possible based on performance and the availability of funds.

Requirement
Knowledge of neural network theory.
Proficiency in Python programming.
