Senior GL Accountant
You will report to the manager of Accounting & Tax Compliance in Shanghai and assist his/her to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of accounting advisory and to provide accounting recurring operations for clients.

Opportunities and responsibilities:

  1. You will enjoy the Stone Forest corporate culture of “work hard play hard” and working with a closely knitted team of colleagues in China.

  2. Supervise and prepare PRC financial statements and tax filing for foreign invested company in accordance with PRC GAAP and tax regulation.

  3. Assist to implement and improve the internal control procedure to fulfill the daily operating needs of our client.

  4. Provide basic advice on the accounting and taxation for the client.

  5. Lead, review and supervise team member’s work.

  6. Maintain good working relationship with client and provide active response to client’s requirements.

  7. Assist manager to improve the team’s accounting technical capability and participate in the business development.

  8. Other task assigned by manager if required.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree and above, Finance or Accounting related.

  2. Over three-year GL experience working in international company.

  3. Fluent in accounting recurring process as well as Chinese GAAP, IFRS and China tax law.

  4. Highly problem solving skills, team-oriented and self-motivated professionals.

  5. Deadline driven and ability to work well under pressure.

  6. Able to converse professionally in English and Chinese.

  7. Proficiency in MS such as word, excel, PPT is essential.


GL Accountant

You will report to the manager of Accounting & Tax Compliance in Shanghai and assist his/her to provide accounting recurring operations for clients.

Assistant Accountant

You will report to the manager of Accounting & Tax Compliance in Shanghai and assist his/her to provide accounting recurring operations for clients.


Opportunities and responsibilities:


  1. You will enjoy the Stone Forest corporate culture of “work hard play hard” and working with a closely knitted team of colleagues in China

  2. In charge of the cashier work, including staff claims, vendor payments and fund deposit

  3. Assist to prepare monthly PRC financial statements and tax filing for about 2-3 small and medium size foreign invested companies in accordance with PRC GAAP and tax regulation

  4. Assist to implement the internal control procedure to fulfill the daily operating needs of the foreign invested company

  5. Assist to prepare the annual CIT filing and annual inspection

  6. Maintain good working relationship with client and provide active response to client’s requirements

  7. Other task assigned by manager if required.


Requirements:


  1. Fresh graduate with bachelor’s degree and above, Finance or Accounting related.

  2. One year AP/AR/cashier experience working in international company is prefered.

  3. Team-oriented and self-motivated professionals.

  4. Deadline driven and ability to work well under pressure.

  5. Able to converse professionally in English and Chinese.

  6. Proficiency in MS such as word, excel, PPT is essential.


BD Assistant

Opportunities and responsibilities:


  1. Participate in business talks and consultation with new leads, prepare service quotations and engagement letters, and follow up customer responses until the engagement letter is signed.

  2. Assist the manager to understand the potential client’s background, main business scope, and specific requirements for the services to be outsourced.

  3. Assist the manager to maintain good communication with the management from the leads.

  4. Maintain existing clients’ information and update the status in time.

  5. Assist in the internal process of the contract, including but not limited to the internal review process.

  6. Assist the marketing department to fulfill the expanding demand of the business related parts.


Requirements:


  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, finance, accounting, business management, business English preferred.

  2. Experience in study oversea is preferred, 1-2 years’ experience in accounting or business development; experience with outsourcing background preferred.

  3. New graduates with strong learning ability and flexibility can also be considered.

  4. Good English communication skills, fluent in writing and reading.

  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel, etc.).

  6. Carefully work with strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand certain work pressure.


Assistant Marketing Manager

You will enjoy the Stone Forest corporate culture of “work hard play hard” and working with a closely knitted team of colleagues in China and Singapore.


Opportunities and responsibilities:


1. Responsible for Social Media Plan Building and Implement

  • The role is expected to drive brand awareness and elevate brand engagement in digital social platforms.

  • Craft social media strategies and tactics to support our business objectives through initial planning, execution and post-program analysis process.

  • Creating and managing the monthly social content plan, under the full-year marketing and brand calendar, for WeChat, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and new platforms.

  • Website development and maintenance with global digital department .

  • Regular report (weekly/monthly etc.).

2. Internal team corporation and support

  • The role is expected to understand needs from internal team and providing quick response and support.

  • Production and distribution of company publicity brochures, promotion gifts.

  • Share regular performance feedback, reviews, latest industry trends and best practices with internal teams.

3. Project Management

  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

  • Manage timeline and resources in efforts to ensure goals and objective are met.


Requirements:


  1. Bachelor and above degree, preferred in marketing, communications and strategic planning.

  2. At least 5+ years of progressive experience in social media marketing and communications.

  3. Very familiar with the features and activities on WeChat, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok.

  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate at all levels.

  5. Able to converse professionally in English and Chinese.

  6. Good project management skills, with ability to implement multiple projects simultaneously.

  7. Result driven, attention to details and open minded.

  8. B2B marketing experience preferred.


Senior Auditor

Opportunities and responsibilities:


  1. Lead a team in carrying out statutory audit and other business assurance services to clients.

  2. Regular meetings with clients to obtain updates on their business, discussing issues and presenting audit finding.

  3. Visit client's operations, on-site to gain a good understanding of their business.

  4. Provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members.

  5. Ongoing learning and development by attending professional trainings.


Requirements:


  1. Qualified accountant with at least 3-4 years audit experience with a major firm.

  2. Strong business awareness and an ability to identify audit issues arising from commercial transactions.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong command of English and Mandarin.

  4. Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure.

  5. Willing to travel.

  6. Less than 30 years old.



实习生招聘


Accounting Intern

You will report to the manager of Accounting & Tax Compliance in Shanghai and assist his/her to provide basic accounting recurring operations for clients.


Opportunities and responsibilities:


  1. Prepare payment request documents and make sure complete payment on time.

  2. Provide invoicing service with reference list provided by clients.

  3. File accounting voucher by monthly and make sure all document filing meet standard.

  4. Other task assigned by manager if necessary.


Requirements:


  1. University student with grade 3 or 4 with major of Finance or Accounting related.

  2. Team-oriented and self-motivated professionals.

  3. Deadline driven and ability to work well under pressure.

  4. Able to converse professionally in English and Chinese.

  5. Proficiency in MS such as word, excel, PPT is essential.

  6. Be available to attend at least 3 days a week is preferred.

岗位描述:


  1. 协同部门经理开展新员工入职培训,业务培训,执行培训计划。

  3. 协助社交媒体(领英/微信/抖音/Facebook等)和搜索引擎(百度/谷歌)渠道推广活动的策划与执行。

  4. 撰写推广文案。

  5. 上级交办的其他工作。


岗位要求:


  1. 本科或以上学历,市场营销相关者优先。

  2. 熟练的英语口语和书写能力。

  3. 熟练使用办公软件。

  4. 有创造力,乐于了解新鲜事物以及拥有良好的沟通能力。
