8月18日下午，市委外办主任曹赛先与阿根廷驻广州总领事龚恩泽（Rafael E. González Alemán）举行视频会议。

On August 18, Ms. Cao Saixian, Director General of the Office of the Foreign Affairs Work Committee of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee, held a video conference with the Consul General of Argentina in Guangzhou, Mr. Rafael E. González Alemán.

曹赛先主任介绍了深圳最新经济社会发展情况和未来发展规划，回顾了近年来深圳与阿根廷，特别是与友好交流城市布宜诺斯艾利斯在各领域的友好交流合作，并就继续深化深圳与阿根廷的务实合作提出了思路和建议，希望未来双方保持密切沟通联系，携手努力，取得更多成效。

Director General Cao introduced the latest economic and social development and future development plan of Shenzhen, reviewed the friendly exchanges and cooperation between Shenzhen and Argentina in recent years, especially that with Buenos Aires, which is Shenzhen’s friendship city, and shared her insights and suggestions on deepening pragmatic cooperation between Shenzhen and Argentina. She hoped that the two sides maintain close communication and work together to achieve more fruitful results in the future.

龚恩泽总领事高度评价深圳取得的发展成就，特别是高科技领域的发展令人印象深刻。他介绍了阿根廷在推进技术创新和职业教育方面的规划，希望双方建立交流合作机制，不断深化并拓展阿根廷与深圳在创新、经贸和人才培养等领域的交流合作，实现互利共赢。

Consul General Rafael E. González Alemán spoke highly of Shenzhen's development achievements, particularly those of the high-tech sector. He introduced Argentina's blueprint to promote technological innovation and vocational education, and hoped the two sides could establish a mechanism for exchange and cooperation, advance and expand collaboration between Argentina and Shenzhen in the fields of innovation, economy and trade, personnel training, etc., so as to achieve mutual benefits and win-win results.

市教育局、科创委和商务局相关负责人出席视频会，并就与阿根廷进一步开展合作进行了交流。

Representatives from Shenzhen Education Bureau, Shenzhen Science, Technology and Innovation Commission and Shenzhen Commerce Bureau attended the video conference and exchanged views on promoting cooperation with Argentina.
