THE one-stop service for Hong Kong and Macao investors who want to register a company in Shenzhen has been expanded citywide after more than two years of pilot implementation in Qianhai, DT News reported.
According to the Qianhai Authority, the business registration service has been extended from Qianhai to the whole city starting from June 28, which enables Hong Kong and Macao people to register a company in Shenzhen without traveling to the city.

In an effort to strengthen the cooperation between Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macao, Shenzhen’s market supervision bureau partnered with several banks to provide the service for Hong Kong and Macao investors in 2019. This service was previously only applicable to companies to be registered in Qianhai. Now, it allows Hong Kong and Macao people to complete the registration process for companies across Shenzhen at one of the banks partnered with the bureau.
Banks offering the service include Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, Nanyang Commercial Bank and Chong Hing Bank. Nanyang Commercial Bank and Chong Hing Bank currently only provide the service to Hong Kong investors.
Hong Kong and Macao people who intend to invest in Shenzhen can apply at the banks’ service outlets in Hong Kong and Macao. The banks will assist the applicants to prepare, review and authenticate registration documents.
