如果我是买家,只从你的邮件回复上看,会觉得非常不专业,虽然答复了客户需求中的贸易条件部分,但是两个重点内容你却没有明确告知客户,一是客户强调过他咨询的是laminated glass,正好你们不能做的,为什么不直接告诉客户?二是客户其它的玻璃产品你们能生产,那么你做了什么?既没有明确告知客户,更没有提供此类产品的一些案例给客户做参考,如果你都没有介绍,客户当然不可能知道你们是不是更有优势,机会也不会属于你了。

回盘时很忌这种似是而非的模糊答复,如果客户得不到明确的答案是不会认可供应商的。
