On 26 April 2018, the award ceremony of the PACCAR Supplier Quality Award "10 ppm" took place in Mettmann - an award to be proud of! As the award designation "10 ppm" already indicates, the award refers to the very low error rate (below 10 parts per million) for all parts delivered to DAF Trucks in Eindhoven.
2018年4月26日，在德国梅特曼，PACCAR 颁发了供应商质量奖——“10 ppm”。“10 ppm”低于百万分之十的错误率，对于供应商来说是一个十分值得自豪的奖项，象征了我们的产品质量以及服务得到了客户的认可与肯定。
With the award, PACCAR honors the best suppliers annually, which meet the strict requirements almost perfectly. Furthermore, these suppliers have to meet performance criteria for on-time delivery and support of PACCAR´s operating divisions and their customers. Especially for raw materials it is difficult to reach such a low error rate - a ppm value under 10 is a remarkable achievement.
PACCAR 每年都会向满足严格要求的最佳供应商授予该奖项。百万分之十以下的错误率要求只是一个前提，按时交付以及及时的支持也是考量是否获奖的绩效标准。因此尤其对于原材料供应商来说“10 ppm”的获得更是一项了不起的成就。
GF in Mettmann delivers complex raw and finished parts to the DAF locations in Westerlo and Eindhoven. Because of the brilliant cooperation between DAF and GF Mettman during the development stage of new parts, it was possible to reach such a great result. Such a quality performance is not usual!
