岗位目标 Purpose of the Position
•根据业务需求履行信息安全职责；
Conduct information security responsibilities as appropriate under the business needs on demand
•带领本地IT团队为沈阳工厂提供全面的服务和技术支持，包括软件/硬件维护和故障排除，以确保日常IT运营和IT服务以最佳的质量和速度交付；
Lead local IT team to provide overall services and technical supports to Shenyang Plant,including software/hardware maintenance and trouble shooting to ensure daily IT operations and IT service delivery with the best quality and speed
•负责公司SAP及其他数据系统的维护及性能优化工作，保障企业数据的安全与稳定；
Maintenance & optimize SAP or other data system to ensure the safety and stability of the data;
•确保IT基础设施（服务器，交换机，路由器等）和系统符合公司的IT制度和程序，如网络和系统制度，IT信息安全制度等；
Ensure IT infrastructure (servers, switches, routers etc.) and system in align with Corporate IT policies and procedures such as network & system policy, and IT information security policy etc
主要职责Main Responsibilities
•推动和协调信息认证计划，包括中国的网络安全等级保护，ISO27001，TISAX。根据良好的实践和法规进行差距评估，领导审核和认证过程。
Drive and coordinate information certification program including PRC’s Classified Protection of Cybersecurity,ISO27001, TISAX. Perform gap assessments against good practices and regulations, lead audits and certification processes.
•确保符合中国市场所有适用的标准和法规(网安法、数据安全法、个人信息保护法、网络安全等级保护等)；
Ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations within the Chinese market (Cyber Security Law, Data Security Law, Personal Information Protection Law, etc.).
•推动持续改进，寻找能保证所传输的业务信息和数据的质量、可用性和可追踪性的新技术；
Drive continuous improvement and look for new technologies that secure quality,accuracy, availability and traceability for the business information and data that is transmitted, stored and processed in network communications, computer systemsand computers.
•与业务部门紧密合作，实施和优化公司现有系统，如SAP和其他新系统，使其有效地应用和投入使用；
Work closely with business needs department to implement and optimize company existing systems such as SAP and other new systems to be efficiently applied in and go-live.
•负责协助用户处理日常ERP(SAP)系统需求和流程咨询，并提供适当的解决方案和技术支持，跟进并改进系统以满足业务需求；
Be responsible for assisting users ondaily ERP(SAP) systems requests and process enquires and to provide appropriate solutions & technical support, and following up to improve the system tosuite business requirement.
•负责公司各种软硬件的管理；
Manage all kinds of software and hardware.
•作为团队领导者，管理团队目标和策略，控制预算和IT项目交付，在项目交付过程中与欧福总部IT保持沟通并达成一致；
As a team leader, manage team goal and strategy, control budget and IT project delivery, align and communicate with Headoffice IT organizations through project delivery
•制定部门预算，管理团队和供应商绩效，确保员工合理发展；
Make department bud get plan, manage team and vendor performances, ensure proper staff development
•领导安排的其他工作。

资质要求Qualification Requirements
•本科以上学位，信息管理、计算机专业；
Bachelor degree or above, major ininformation technology, computer, etc.;
•5年以上生产制造业相关经验，有SAP管理及维护经验，ISO27001或TISAX认证经验者优先；
At least 5 years related experience in progressive professional roles involving information security, cyber security, business continuity management, IT management, solid experience in management and maintenance of SAP and ISO27001/TISAX Lead Auditor preferred are preferable;
•较强的沟通能力，良好的项目管理及组织协调能力，良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力。
Excellent communication skill, good at project management, organization & coordination, good command of English or Germany;
