·Location: Shenhe District, Shenyang
·Working time: Mon-Fri 8:30-17:15 weekends off.
Job Descriptions
·Responsible and outperform overall recruitment, local employer attractiveness, hiring process and retention management.
·Develop and implement recruitment plan based on company development strategy and employment needs.
·Responsible for recruitment processes of job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and employment notification.
·Manage recruitment channels, maintain and optimize recruitment resources, and participate in campus recruitment,talent market activities, etc.
·Participate in employer branding and attractiveness to enhance the company's recruitment image and candidate experience.
·Coordinate new employee on-boarding and/or relocation such as movement, introduction training.
·Analyze recruitment data statistically, write recruitment reports and make optimization suggestions.
·Assist the hiring department in clarifying job requirements and providing professional recruitment advice.
·Proficient in using, managing and maintaining HR and payroll related systems.
·Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Employment conditions
·Well use of MS Office software, like Excel, Word etc.
·Bachelor's degree, HR related work experience is preferred.
·Language: English business fluent, Chinese native language.
