LibreOffice Conf Asia 和 UbuCon Asia 2023（以下简称 LOUCA23）是汇集亚洲地区 Linux 和开源软件 (OSS) 爱好者、贡献者、用户、社区和企业的活动，尤其是那些与 LibreOffice 和 Ubuntu 相关的项目。今年，LOUCA2023 将于 2023 年 10 月 7 日至 8 日在印度尼西亚 梭罗市的塞贝拉斯马雷特大学(UNS – Universitas Sebelas Maret ) 举行！

LOUCA23征集两种类型的演讲：

• 正常演讲（45分钟演讲，包括问答）
