An exciting opportunities has arisen for an enthusiastic,proactive and delivery driven individual to join our Customer Services AirlineSupport Team network as a Team Leader Airline Support Service Representative.
As a Team Leader within our Airline Support Team you will play anintegral role, helping us provide the very highest levels of service to bothour customers and strategic partners.
Leading the Rolls-Royce Air China Group Airline Support Team, you willoversee the daily task delivery of Technical Service Representatives.
You will direct the team to quickly and efficiently address importantcustomer issues, by providing direct on-site technical, operational andservices support. To ensure the success of you and your team, we will provideyou with extensive development to enable you to excel in everything you do.
Key Accountabilities主要职责：
Direct and deliver technical and operational supportand contracted services for our customers
Lead and direct field service representatives insupport of customer requirements
Execute and resolve customer issues, withresponsibility for first line problem resolution and relationship management
Provide support of new product introduction in preparing customer readiness for thereceipt of products and identify sales and service opportunities
Provide customer input on business forecasts, fleetplans and shop visit plans
To uphold and create an appropriate workingenvironment for Air China Group
Support team / team work, including Health &Safety compliance
Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求：
Base technical, business qualification and ITproficient
An engineering degree or a relevant Science or AppliedMathematics degree subject
At least 7 years of technical and operational supportexperience in the Aerospace sector
Good English spoken and written skills
People /team Management experience in an internationalcompany
