As a Mechanic in Tianjin, you will help us tomaintain key relationships with Rolls-Royce Technical Support Operations inFrance and Airbus Tianjin FAL / FL / ADC staff. This is a chance for you to beinvolved in the compliance for our usage of PPE, risk mitigation and uphold /distribute accurate records in accordance with our quality procedures.

Key Accountabilities:
To carry out the Aircraft engine maintenanceactivities (LRU/LRP replacement, troubleshooting, boroscope inspection, etc)and modification embodiment of aero engines i.a.w. with Rolls-Royceinstructions and procedures
Perform the maintenance work or modificationembodiment preparation and support local maintenance capability establishment works
Maintain and publish accurate records of allwork performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s quality procedures,including responsibility for accurate records of the Mechanics team
To carry out the maintenance tooling,consumables and spares management in accordance with Rolls-Royce internalquality procedure
Support the quality assessment of the engineproducts and manage the quarantined and non-conforming engine parts
Ensure compliance with all HS&Erequirements, including mandatory usage of PPE, "Take-Two" mentality,risk mitigation and participation in maintaining the company HS&E policies
Key Experiences and any Qualifications:
Aviation Product / Technical Awareness andtechnical experience within aero engines environment
At least 4 years Aircraft or enginemaintenance/production experience in Airline, MRO or OEM
Be flexible to changing schedules andrequirements, willingness to work on weekend and/or overtime and willingness towork across organizational borders if necessary
Aeronautical diploma, technical school oruniversity degree
Must be able to read and write English andcomprehend and apply information contained in technical manuals; possess basiccomputer skills and be able to use office software
Proactive and active, bold, good team player,integrity, accountability and good communication skills
