As a Customer Service Admin. Specialist at Rolls Royce Power System, you will be responsible for job follow of works/services performed by Service Dept.

Key Accountabilities主要职责:

  1. Coordinate and meet with customers as required for sales administration duties

  2. Responsible for preparing service quotation/tender including cost calculation according to customer request

  3. Responsible for after sales related reports and documentation

  4. Prepare spare parts quotation and spare parts/labor order in SAP

  5. Contact with customer to collect customer information, and update in SAP

  6. Responsible for parts delivery according to customer request

  7. Responsible for customer satisfaction survey

  8. Assist to monitor customer service staff in service arrangement

  9. Responsible for preparing the project drawing file and conducting the project man hour statistics

  10. Responsible for product support related documentation collection and filing. Maintain and improve the product support filing system with regards to completeness of records and easy traceability

  11. Compile man-hour sheets, travel expense claims and other cost incurred for jobs. Calculate actual job cost versus sales for performance evaluation. Update service sales order

  12. Prepare monthly & yearly service sales reports

  13. Maintain and update the engine population, location and customers list in responsible area

  14. Responsible for circulation of technical service information

  15. Arrange third party translation for MTU Documents

  16. Perform all clerical and administrative duties including typing, translation, fax sending/receiving and photocopying, etc.



Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求:

  1. Degree/Diploma holder in Engineering or similar, or possess equivalent qualifications

  2. At least 4 years relevant working experience

  3. Good command of both spoken & written English, good at office softwares

  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, and is a good team player
