As a Regional Sales Manager-China(Bergen) at Rolls Royce Power System, you will be responsible for defining and leading regional sales campaigns based on the agreed strategy for the Medium Speed engine based land power business of Rolls-Royce Power Systems for all designated and potential customers (EPCs/ IPPSs/ end-users) for both domestic and overseas markets. Delivering profitable growth in line with the committed business plan.

Key Accountabilities主要职责:
Establish short/ medium/ long term sales plans for Bergen Medium Speed engine based land power business for both domestic and export power and oil & gas markets of China in line with agreed strategy. Identify, develop, mature and deliver sales campaigns in China to secure customer orders, duly adhering to company policies and processes.
Develop and manage relationship with customers and other stakeholders/ decision making organisations such as EPCs, IPPs, end users, consultants, gas companies, statutory bodies, export financing organisations etc. in order to develop prospects/ opportunities. Anticipate and nurture longer term relationship opportunities in a partnership approach with strategic segment customers.
Provide timely and accurate input for business financial planning and other processes including budgets & forecasts, campaign plans, relationship management plans, sales project reports/ highlights, customer satisfaction surveys etc. Also provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities/ strategies etc. in order to refine/ fine tune our strategy and approach for the market .
Develop and present effective techno commercial feasibility analysis to consultants, customers, project developers, end users etc. to ensure Rolls-Royce solution is specified/ recommended/ recognised.
Plan and lead effective marketing campaigns in the region with necessary support. Maintain and enhance the company's image within the market place.
Support projects team in achieving project objectives for concluded regional contracts.
Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably with post graduate qualification on marketing.
Work experience of minimum 12 years in sales of capital equipment with min 5 years in sales of Medium Speed engine based power solutions. Knowledge of Rolls-Royce medium speed engine products and services would be of added advantage
Good in both spoken & written English.
Regional cultural awareness including experience of international environment.
Knowledge of customer requirements capture, experience in strategic and tactical planning and track record of successfully delivering sales campaigns are essential.
Adequate commercial awareness to be able to lead commercial discussions with customers.
