Manager Test Engineering-Emission

Testseries management

• Manage test     assignments and team members considering cost and schedules.

• Assign tests to external partners and manage external partners to     conduct tests via test plan and specification.

Complextest/test series setups and management

• Create test     requirements and specifications.

• Be responsible     for test setup and execution.

• Create test     plan and schedule for different parts, components, assemblies, systems and     materials considering cost and priority.

• Conduct     preliminary tests for objective parts/systems and prepare further     examinations accordingly.

Complextests execution and evaluation

• Conduct     individual tests, test series and endurance tests with complex test setups     to evaluate performance, longevity, firmness, strength, quality, wear and     tear controlling for interacting parameters.

• Perform engine emission (e.g.: PEMS) test onsite, communicate with     stakeholders, make test program and test plan, give suggestion to     operators, supervise test procedures and execution, improve test     efficiency and capability.

• Be responsible     for test schedules, calculations and test specification,

• Perform test     result interpretation and evaluation, document results  and findings in reports, and launch     further actions (e.g. approval, dismissal, design chances)

• Communicate     with different departments and evaluate optimization chances for the     examined parts/systems.

Equipmentmaintenance

• Perform ordinary maintenance on equipment and tools and maintenance     documentation.

• Conduct equipment modification for engine tests

• Analyze and troubleshoot for test defects and equipment     malfunctions.

• Organize     equipment calibration with external partners.

Test training

• Training employees     as qualified.

• Monitor test     conduction, and examine test results and findings.

• Support     employees in test processes and procedures optimization.

• Ensure     protection of the test environment, including physical facility and staff.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in an accredited Engineering, Internal Combustion Engines, Thermal Energy, Vehicle Engineering or equivalent.

• Min. 5 years testing experience in diesel engine or comparable field.

• Familiar with engine test (performance test, functional test, endurance test, etc ) operation procedure, including setting up, equipment communication data sampling and data evaluation.

• Understanding of diesel engine exhaust system and after treatment system, and familiar with engine emission test.

• Familiar with industry standards, rules and regulations, such as DIN, ISO, and so on.

• Good at hand work and mechanical assembly.

• Good communication ability and coordination skills, can analysis and solve the relevant issue accurately and timely.

• Ability to effectively communicate in English in work environment.
