As an Order Management Specialist at Rolls Royce Power System, you will be responsible for within scope of products, ensure orders are placed to the factory accurately and timely, delivery schedules and deadlines are followed up and communicated regularly, mitigate delivery schedule conflicts, handle shipping requests, invoices billed, in order to meet customer requests and RRPS financial targets, and responsible for import & export matters for the engines built by MTU-Suzhou

Key Accountabilities:
Act as the interface between MTU China and global factories within scope of products
Ensure orders are placed to the factory accurately and timely using the correct tools and following the correct processes
Ensure delivery schedules and deadlines are followed up and communicated regularly
Ensure delivery schedule and deadline conflicts are mitigated to meet customer requests
Ensure shipping requests are handled to meet customer requests
Initiate billing of invoices, and track payment schedules and status
Handle commercial processing of returns
Handle importation & exportation formalities for the engines built by MTU-Suzhou
Prepare all required documents for the importation and exportation
Co-ordinate with appointed customs brokers / forwarders for customs declaration and clearance according to the defined parts tariff rate when applicable
Manage the Customs brokers /forwarders and evaluate their performance regularly
File and maintain all related shipping documents and import & export records with regards to completeness of records and easy traceability
Key Experiences and any Qualifications
Degree / Diploma holder, or possess equivalent qualifications
At least 5 years relevant working experiences in Order Management role in MNC with global supply chain
Good command of both spoken & written English, good at office softwares
Demonstrated track record of success in order management
Good independent working ability
Good creative thinking ability
Good teamwork mentality
Good process oriented
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work across a matrix organization
Good learning attitude
