An exciting opportunity exists for aPlanner within Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace. The planner will be accountable for ensuring the 4 Weekly Planning Process is adhered to, ensuring Load and Capacity is Balanced Internal or Externally, and to ensure Delivery Plans are maintained for the medium/ long term in the available executive system and identify risks and mitigations to all future issues.

Key Accountabilities主要职责：
Accountable for ensuring the 4 Weekly PlanningProcess is adhered to, ensuring Load and Capacity is Balanced Internal orExternally.
To ensure Delivery Plans are maintained for themedium/ long term in the available executive system and identify risks andmitigations to all future issues.
Governance of ERP Compliance and InventoryPlanning & Forecasting
To be responsible for the Planning & Controlelement of Unsourced Parts, Reactivations, Parts Transfers, P1 Parts andincluding input to Supply Chain Design
Be responsible for SORB and Business Reviews orBusiness Review Meeting (BRM)
Contribute to Communities of Practice andprocess improvement activities.
Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求：
Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering ispreferred
7-10 years’ working experience in productionplanning in mechanical sector
Good oral and written English
Strong ability to dealing with complex issuesand strong analytical and forecasting ability
SAP / ERP experience is required
