As a Senior Technician (R&D Test Bench) for Rolls-Royce, you will be responsible for engine and sensors set up, load and unload the engine on test bench, operate and maintain the test bench to improve its working conditions.

Key Accountabilities主要职责：
Responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping engines\test materials and consumables, responsible for the disassembly and assembly of the tested engine, quality abnormal findings of parts, responsible for sensor wiring harness and set up sensors
Use lifting tools and forklifts in the workshop, responsible for load/unload the engine on test bench, responsible for the day-to-day operation of the test bench, daily inspection, cleaning and maintenance to the test bench, report problems timely, follow up Work Instruction, and capable of parameter settings for the engines to be tested (include down and upload process)
Carry out troubleshooting in case of malfunctions of the engine and/or the test stand and/or data transfer (parameters) from and to the host, responsible for statistics and monitoring of diesel usage, and cooperate with suppliers to replenish fuel in time to ensure stable operation of the bench, regularly check engine fluid data, records and reports to ensure correctness, check related data, records and reports of Test Bench (including each subsystem) timely to ensure correctness
Carry out periodic maintenance of Test Bench to prevent breakdown, assist supplier in complex repair work when needed, preparation work instructions of Test Bench, and continuous optimization, optimize tooling and equipment of Test Bench to improve work efficiency
Responsible for the management of sensors, tools and measuring tools, and regular calibration, act as on-job trainer to new employees of Test Bench, observe the safety regulations of the company.

Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求：
Diploma holder in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or similar, or possess equivalent qualifications. Formal education can be compensated by rich skills gained through practical experience.
At least 6 years relevant working experience in engine / machinery assembly, test or repair
Good knowledge on test facilities for engines with average knowledge on electric control. Able to perform mechanical maintenance of test facilities
Familiar with disassembly and assembly of S4000 is good, have a forklift license and be able to drive forklift operations proficiently, have crane and electrician certificate is good
Have strong manual capability and good quality consciousness, basic reading in English. Basic skills in office softwares, can accept night shift work arrangement
Good communication skills and is a good team player
