As a Head of Asia Engineering & Head of Analysis & Performance for Rolls-Royce, you will be responsible for deliver Engineering-results out of Asia according to strategy, business plan and milestones, in parallel steer global analytic and performance network.

Key Accountabilities主要职责:
Double Role: Head of Asia Engineering AND Functional Global Lead for all Analysis & Performance Topics
Central Point of Contact for Leader of Chinese Business Unit
Install & Develop Leadership team, empower team to deliver results
Ramp up people, headcount and capabilities according to plan
Technology Scouting for new technologies and trends in China
Contribute to Engineering strategy worldwide by Global Functional Lead Analysis/Performance
Product responsibility for two global engine families and one local engine family in Chinese Joint Venture
Functional Lead for analysis/performance layout of all RRPS products (engines, hybrid, fuel cell, …)
Install network of necessary business partners and maintain
Any other assignment from time to time
Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求:
Experienced in working in global networks (USA, Europe, India, China)
Hands on “mid-size company” mentality preferred
Deep technical knowledge and understanding of systems (overarching technical understanding)
In best case know-how of combustion engines and analytics
Deep technical knowledge and understanding of systems (overarching technical understanding), knowledge in combustion engines and analytics helps
A minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in the powertrain industry.
Demonstrated successful history of inspiring and visionary leadership to engineers and technical managers
Proven experience in a global role in R&D
Experienced in working in global networks (USA, Europe, India, China)
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (e.g. Germany, India, US) 15 % of the time
Hands on “mid-size company” mentality preferred
