Chief Scientist of Intelligent
Driving
Location:Shanghai,China
Job description:
Planning and decision-making: Lead intelligent driving’s strategy plan, technology roadmap plan and technology decision.
Making Solution: Responsible for the overall solution designing of intelligent driving system, and propose a competitive system architecture.
Research and Patents: Lead the team to develop the key technologies of intelligent driving, carry out patent layout, and build the core competitiveness of intelligent driving.
Standards and industries: Make technical standards for the leading industries and build technical breakpoints in the industrial chain.
Work experience requirements:

As a core member of tier 1 or well-known domestic and foreign automobile enterprises, participate in research projects of intelligent driving such as Driver Assistance System, Autonomous Driving and Self-driving. Experience in research, development, mass production of mainstream intelligent driving project (L2+).
As a core member, participate in the mainstream intelligent driving projects with domestic and oversea (L2/L3/L4/...) R & D experience. Experience of mass production and development is preferred
Assets: Relevant academic research experience in mainstream research institutions and universities (such as Stanford), or participate in China Smart Vehicle Future Challenge, World Smart Driving Challenge and other well-known intelligent driving competitions In China and abroad, and as the core members of the award-winning team (Ranked Top 3).
Skill requirements:
Fully understand the mainstream solutions of assisted driving, automatic driving and autonomous driving industry, master the future trend.
Familiar with sensors Lidar, millimeter wave radar, ultrasonic radar, camera, etc.), business (perception, positioning, planning, decision-making, control, etc.), software platform, hardware architecture and other key technologies of intelligent driving.
Great experience in engineering functions. Able to work with OEM team.
Macro thinking, good at abstract and systematic thinking.

Predictive Cruise (PCC)
algorithm engineer

Job description:
Responsible for the algorithm development of Predictive Cruise Control and Predictive Driving Scheme in Commercial Vehicles.
Responsible for requirement analysis and interface definition of functions and modules in the electronic horizon system.
Complete the integration and matching of the vehicle power system and control, implement the evaluation of the function and parameters of the driving system.
Job requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, software engineering, etc.
Master the knowledge of vehicle dynamics and have the ability of independent mathematical modeling.
Familiar with automotive basic principles and ADAS system knowledge.
Good at software architecture and Matlab/Simulink simulation experience.
Experience in software testing methods, HIL, SIL experience.
Excellent common control algorithms and digital filters, have a certain basis for control principles, understand embedded development.
Master the common programming languages such as C/C++, Python, etc. and have the ability of algorithm design and debugging of software and hardware.
Good communication and expression skills and practical problem solving skills, with a strong sense of teamwork.

Responsible for integration testing of the vehicle infotainment and cluster system, including smoke test, feature acceptance test, regression test, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) test, stability test and feature automated test.
Develop and maintain test cases according to feature requirements.
Develop software automation test scripts.
Execute test cases per defined integration test strategy and test plan.
Resolving technical issues related to test environment setup.
Record test results, submit ticket for defects, and create test report.
Assist software project lead on defects tracking.
Work with distributed teams in a matrix organization.

Responsible for troubleshooting, emergency disposal and daily maintenance of hardware such as server and storage.
Responsible for overall planning and distribution management of hardware system resources.
Formulate, track and analyze the relevant operation and maintenance and monitoring reports of the hardware system, timely plan and organize implementation for the expansion and update of hardware platform.
The technical support and maintenance service providers of the hardware platform are effectively managed to ensure the effective management and utilization of peripheral resources.
