Qualifications:
20 years+ working experience in dimension engineering for world-wide automotive companies
Great knowledge and practical working experience in GD&T, dimension chain calculations, 6 Sigma, MSA, mathematical statistics and etc
Familiar with the mainstream development process of dimension engineering in the automotive industry
Familiar with four major processes of car body and injection molding process
Familiar with the designing, development and cultivation process of inspection tools
Proficient in the principle of coordinate measurement
Familiar with the designing and development of assembly tooling
Experience 3+ model projects in quality improvements of dimension perception
Practical experience in chassis’ dimension engineering
Responsibilities:
Guide the development of the vehicle dimension technical solutions, review and optimize the solutions
Guide and Optimize the improvement of Body precision
Analyze and optimize the rectification of quality problems
Participate in improving the dimension engineering process and standard documents
Responsible for improving the quality of dimensions perception
Guide the feasibility analysis study of modeling dimensions engineering
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above
20 years+ working experience of vehicle/body structure in world-wide auto companies
With great knowledge and experience in key technologies of car body designing
Familiar with vehicle and body forwarding development process
Responsibilities:
Guide, review, improve technical solutions on Body structure designing
Set the goal for body performance designing (including stiffness, strength, durability and lightweight design, etc.); Review technical solutions; Improve technical solutions
Conduct technical training to staffs in order to improve their capabilities
Participate in technical research for car body projects, and plan trends of body structure technology
(Brake System + Steering System + Vehicle Dynamics)
The candidate possessing all three functions is ideal one. However, the Priority is Suspension > Brake > Steering)
Part One: Brake System
Responsibilities:
Brake system expert, check the brake system designing;
Establish a platformized framework for all vehicle brake systems.
Lead the lifting brake system simulation with checking ability, such as braking distance, pedal feel, brake thermal performance, etc.
Requirements:
Master's or doctoral degree, engaged in the development of vehicle chassis brake system for more than 8 years, and has experience in the development of parts for brakes or boosters;
Proficient in brake system theory and brake friction mechanism;
Have experience in developing new energy vehicle brake systems and have unique insights into the design principles of new energy vehicle brake systems;
Experience in establishing a platform for the braking system.
Part Two: Steering System
Responsibilities:
Dock and design of steering system vehicle application;
Lead the team to analyze and solve the problems related to the steering system in the road test certificate;
Lead the team to analyze and solve the problems related to the after-sales steering system;
Development of steering system performance and test related standards;
Decompose the steering system performance target to the component performance target and implement it into the product development process;
Analysis and design verification of various performances of the steering system;
Steering system industry research and development planning.
Requirements:
Master's or doctoral degree or above, more than 8 years’ experience in steering system design and development;
Familiar with the steering system development process;
Proficiency in steering system dynamics analysis or kinematics analysis;
Proficiency in steering performance evaluation;
Familiar with EPS system, proficient in EPS system control logic, and have a deep understanding of ECU hardware and software;
It can independently analyze and solve the problem of road system road test and post-sales problems;
Understand the development trend and the latest development of the steering system industry.
Part Three: Vehicle Dynamics
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the definition and decomposition of vehicle dynamics performance;
Analyze and solve the problem of vehicle dynamics of existing models, and propose optimization or solution;
Check the technical direction of the vehicle dynamics team;
Participate in the research and development of platform-based modular architecture;
Leading the suspension and steering design development of new energy vehicles;
Guide the analysis and optimization of the KC characteristics of the team suspension.
Requirements:
Master degree or above, professional direction of vehicle dynamics design, suspension and steering performance design and development, and vehicle platform development;
10 years and above vehicle dynamics development experience; rich project experience; proficient in KC characteristics; Master ADAMS dynamics optimization simulation; with high driving skills and vehicle subjective evaluation ability is preferred;
Foreign experts or doctors are preferred.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the subjective evaluation of each stage of the company's various models;
Responsible for subjective evaluation team building, staffs’ capacity expansion and training;
Responsible for the planning, drafting and revision of subjective evaluation criteria;
Responsible for the analysis and feedback of some important problems of the vehicle, and can propose more effective improvement suggestions and track the improvement process;
Responsible for guiding the research work of subjective evaluation topics;
★ Comply with and implement the company's information security management system and requirements;
★ Supervise and report information security violations;
Requirements:
Knowledge of theoretical aspects such as automobile inspection, automobile construction, automobile theory, machinery manufacturing, automobile test foundation, automobile circuit, and automobile electrical appliance;
Familiar with the whole vehicle, parts designing, manufacturing process and related manufacturing processes;
Familiar with the main performance indicators of the vehicle;
Familiar with the structure, working principle and basic control strategy of several important assemblies of the whole vehicle;
Understand the knowledge of the relevant fields of the experiments.
Driving experience, can carry out extreme performance driving evaluation
15 years’+ working experience in auto industry. Bachelor degree.
