2 月初,广乘国际美洲区域召开经销商会议,美洲地区各经销商投资人、管理团队、销售团队等齐聚云端,共同探讨2021年事业发展目标及计划。尽管2019年末至2020年,美洲地区普遍遭受动乱及疫情的严重影响,但在各经销商共同努力下, 仍实现了良好业绩,销售及服务网络持续完善,品牌声量持续提升热度不减


In early February, GAC MOTOR Americas region just convened a successful regional distributor conference, where investors, management teams, and sales teams from respective dealerships across the Americas gathered online to discuss business goals and plans for 2021. Despite of the serious impact of widespread turmoil and epidemic in the Americas from the end of 2019 to 2020, distributor partners, with joint efforts, have accomplished amazing performance as sales and customer service networks continued to improve. All the efforts have helped increasing the GAC brand awareness to the higher level.

美洲大区首先对2020年进行了回顾及总结,从政治经济环境,渠道建设,全年发车及销售达成情况分析了2020年存在的课题及改进措施。与此同时,美洲大区发布了GAC品牌“未来5年实现品牌及销售的跨越式发展”的目标,并展示了在销量、品牌、产品、渠道、业务创新等方面的规划,与各经销商探讨2021年商务政策,全面提振了经销商的信心。


The meeting started with a review of 2020 and analyzed the problems and improvement measures in 2020 from the perspectives of the political and economic environment, sales networks development, and the annual shipments and sales performance. At the same time, GAC MOTOR Americas Region has collectively announced a goal of "realizing the exponential development of brand and sales in the next 5 years", and showcased plans in terms of sales, brands, products, sales networks, and business innovations. With a concrete plan, conference participants discussed business policy for 2021, boosting the confidence of dealers.

随后,美洲大区向海外经销商分享了国内KOL与GAC MOTOR合作的优秀营销案例,详细介绍了车企如何利用KOL的流量及影响力,通过系列线上线下活动和优质的图片视频素材,充分提升GAC MOTOR的知名度及美誉度,传递了小事件大传播的理念。


Subsequently, GAC MOTOR Americas Region shared with overseas dealers the excellent marketing cases of Chinese influencers in cooperation with GAC MOTOR and introduced in detail how car companies use influencer's traffic and impact, through a series of online and offline activities and high-quality pictures and video materials, to enhance the popularity and reputation of GAC MOTOR. This potent combination of large broadcasts and small events were highly effective to drive brand awareness.

应美洲大区邀请,玻利维亚和巴拿马经销商在会上依次分享各自的成功经验及各领域实践案例。2020年优秀经销商金奖获奖者——玻利维亚经销商Viaggio Motor S.A. 在新冠疫情肆虐导致展厅关闭长达半年之久,仍超额完成年度开票及终端任务。经销商总经理Erwin Roda先生向与会嘉宾介绍了当地全年的经营情况和经验总结,全面展示2020年渠道建设、服务创新、KOL代言、口罩捐赠及众多线上营销活动,极大提升终端客户满意度和美誉度,为GAC品牌在玻利维亚长远发展打下坚实基础。


At the invitation of GAC MOTOR Americas Region, distributors in Bolivia and Panama shared their successful experiences and practical cases in various fields at the meeting. The winner of the 2020 Outstanding Distributor Gold Award-Bolivian dealer Viaggio Motor S.A., whose dealerships had been forced to close for half a year due to COVID-19 pandemic, still exceeded annual sales expectations. Mr. Erwin Roda, general manager of Viaggio Motor S.A, introduced the local business operations and experience summary throughout the year to the participants, and comprehensively demonstrated the business development, service innovation, influencers’ endorsement, mask donations and other online marketing activities in 2020, which greatly improved the consumer’s satisfaction and impression of GAC MOTOR. Viaggio Motor S.A thus have laid a solid foundation for the long-term development of the GAC MOTOR brand in Bolivia.

作为巴拿马中国品牌市占率第一的经销商GRUPO AUTO COMERCIAL S.A.,经销商总经理Eynar Samudio先生在疫情期间,在美洲团队的支持下,参照中国的网络营销模式直播带货,每周三邀请圈内人士在Instagram分享汽车知识,定期联动区域内其它经销商,线上宣传GAC MOTOR产品体验及感受。2020年初,巴拿马经销商建设GAC海外第一个3D虚拟线上展厅,在展厅封闭期间贡献了70%的销售线索,为当地消费者提供全方位的购车体验。


As GAC MOTOR is the best-selling Chinese brands in Panama, Mr. Eynar Samudio, general manager of GRUPO AUTO COMERCIAL S.A., started series of Instagram live broadcast , an online marketing campaign inspired by the China's fast-growing online broadcast industry that GAC-Americas team introduced before. Then, Mr. Eynar Samudio, cooperating with other GAC regional distributors , invited community leaders in the automotive industry, who frequently shared about their positive experiences with the brand and its products on Instagram. At the beginning of 2020, GAC-Panama team also built GAC's first overseas 3D virtual online showroom, which contributed 70% of sales leads during the lockdown period while providing local consumers with a comprehensive car buying experience.

会上,广乘国际与美洲各国经销商线上签署了2021年度补充协议,并发布2021年销量蓝图和考核指标,通过多项有力措施携手经销商完成年度销售目标。


During the conference, GAC MOTOR signed a new 2021 supplementary agreement with the distributors of the regional distributors. The company also announced the sales roadmap and assessment indicators for 2021 and committed to fully supporting their distributors comprehensively to complete the annual sales targets.
