此次中东调研之行,冯兴亚一行首站出访科威特。Mutawa Alkazi公司于2013年成为广汽首个海外授权经销商,经过10年耕耘,已将GAC MOTOR打造成为最受当地消费者喜爱的中国品牌之一,并建成了目前海外最大的GAC MOTOR品牌展厅,占地面积超4500平米。

沙特:中东首个万辆级市场

结束科威特的调研行程后,冯兴亚一行抵达沙特,先后走访了达曼及利雅得品牌展厅。自2018年正式进入沙特以来,广汽国际携手沙特经销商Al Jomaih Automotive Company(以下简称“AAC”)取得了良好成果,累计销量超2.2万台,目前已在利雅得、吉达、达曼等主要城市建成了6家品牌展厅及服务中心,渠道建设及品牌塑造卓有成效。

阿联酋:全面启动现地化运营

中东市场调研的最后一站到达阿联酋。在阿联酋经销商Gargash集团通力合作下,GAC MOTOR已在迪拜及阿布扎比建立了三家独立销售服务店,为GAC MOTOR在阿联酋乃至中东地区树立中高端品牌形象奠定良好基础。

在与经销商Gargash集团交流的过程中,冯兴亚表示:“GAC MOTOR要做长期事业,因此必须做到客户满意。我非常期待贵公司在未来建立数字化新型顾客关系的计划。我们会做好你们的后盾,为你们解决困难、做好服务,全面帮助你们提升市场。”

迪拜作为阿联酋七大酋长国之一,既是海湾国家经济、文化的中心,也是中国汽车品牌打开中东市场品牌知名度的战略高地。因此,广汽国际在迪拜筹建中东办事处,实现扎根中东,全面启动现地化运营,全力推动中东市场的高质量发展。冯兴亚在调研中东办事处时,重点了解了办事处的筹建工作、运营情况及团队组建等进展,并提出了深化现地化运营的要求和建议。

冯兴亚表示:“中东办事处运营团队第一需要创新思维,国际化事业没有现成的章法和路径可参考;第二需要敢于想象,突破枷锁,为国际化创造自由的发展环境;第三,人力等各方面资源需要向一线倾斜,争取将中东办事处打造成广汽国际发展管理模式新样本。”
2023年,广汽集团发布“万亿广汽1578发展纲要”,明确从战略层面全力提升国际化,今年将进行多批次、多地区的海外市场调研,深入一线、聚焦资源大力发展国际业务。冯兴亚总经理本次中东之行开启了疫情三年后首次现地调研,证明了广汽集团推动国际化事业的决心,广汽国际以此为起点和契机,开启海外事业高质量发展的新征程。

During February 18 to 24, GAC Group General Manager Feng Xing Ya visited Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and the UAE to conduct market research. Yu Jun, Vice General Manager of GAC Group, Deng Kui, Deputy Director of GAC Group's International Business Division, Hong Yun, Deputy Director of the General Administration Department of GAC Group and Zeng He Bin, General Manager of GAC MOTOR, were also present during the survey.

In 2013, Mutawa Alkazi became GAC's first overseas authorized distributor, and after 10 years of hard work, it has established GAC MOTOR as one of the most popular Chinese brands among local consumers, and has built the largest GAC MOTOR showroom overseas, covering an area of over 4,500 square meters.

On the 10th anniversary of GAC's entry into the Kuwaiti market, both parties shared their intentions to continue to work together and deepen cooperation in the future, and the Kuwaiti dealership was confident and determined to do well for the GAC MOTOR brand and increase overall sales.
Feng Xing Ya fully recognized the achievements of the dealership team: "Mutawa Alkazi's customer care is very admirable, and this philosophy should be continued, and I believe GAC MOTOR will achieve even greater success in Kuwait. Your company is GAC's first overseas dealership in the world, and I also hope that you will become GAC's most successful overseas dealership and a model for our overseas market cooperation!"

SAUDI
First 10,000 vehicle market in the Middle East

After Kuwait, Feng Xing Ya and his delegation arrived in Saudi Arabia and visited the Dammam and Riyadh brand showrooms.
Since its official entry into Saudi Arabia in 2018, GAC MOTOR and Saudi distributor Al Jomaih Automotive Company ("AAC") have achieved excellent results, with cumulative sales exceeding 22,000 units, and six brand showrooms and service centres in major cities such as Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam and has been effective in channel development and brand building.

At the seminar with AAC, Feng Xing Ya concluded: "We aim to enhance our international image in the future, to follow the rules and trends of international trade transactions and to grasp the opportunities, reach consensus and strive together towards success.”

Launching localized operations

The final stop of the Middle East market study was in the UAE. With the cooperation of the UAE distributor Gargash Group, GAC MOTOR has set up three independent sales and service shops in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, laying a good foundation for GAC MOTOR to establish a mid-to-high-end brand image in the UAE and the Middle East.

During the exchange with the distributor, Gargash Group, Feng Xing Ya said, "GAC MOTOR has to be a long-term business and therefore must achieve customer satisfaction. I am very much looking forward to your company's future plans to build new digital customer relationships. We will provide solid support and assist you in solving difficulties, providing excellent service and enabling you to improve the markets in a comprehensive manner."

As one of the seven emirates of the UAE, Dubai is not only the economic and cultural center of the Gulf countries, but also a strategic high ground for Chinese auto brands to open up their brand awareness in the Middle East market.As such, GAC MOTOR has set up a Middle East office in Dubai to establish its roots in the Middle East, fully launch its local operations and promote the quality development of the Middle East market. During the Middle East office survey, Feng Xing Ya focused on the progress of the office's preparatory work, operation and team formation, and put forward requirements and suggestions for deepening localized operations.

Feng Xing Ya also mentioned, “The operation team of the Middle East Office needs to, firstly, think creatively, as there are no existing rules and paths for internationalization; secondly, it needs to be bold in thinking, break through the limitations and create a positive development environment for internationalization. Finally, resources in all aspects, such as human capital, need to be directed to the front line, in order to establish the Middle East Office as a new example of GAC's international development and management model.”
In 2023, GAC Group released the "Trillion GAC 1578 Development Plan", which explicitly promotes internationalization at a strategic level. This year, GAC Group will conduct overseas market research in multiple batches and regions, and develop international business vigorously by going deep into the front line and focusing resources. General Manager Feng Xing Ya's visit to the Middle East marks the first on-site investigation after three years of the epidemic, proving GAC's determination to advance its international endeavors, with GAC MOTOR utilizing it as the departure point and occasion to embark on a new journey of high-quality development of its overseas business.
