The AI platform team is to
Build the world- class deep learning platforms. Follow closely with the latest innovations on deep learning algorithms and accelerator architecture. Architect and design deep learning HW acceleration platform for high performance and low power.
Target at the specific computation needs of driving business growth. Collaborate with algorithm and business teams. Analyze the performance bottlenecks of the systems. Architect and develop heterogenous platforms that drive business growth.
Job requirements:
Al Chip Micro-architect and Design Engineer should have relate d M.S. with 8+ years of ASIC/FPGA experience
Familiar the full flows of ASIC/ FPGA design, participated the actual tapeout process.
Understanding the typical AI networks. Familiar the Software Programming models and applications.
Familiar the RTL synthesis, Floorplan to timing closure with the process technology at least 16nm or smaller.
Strong problem solving abilities. Experiences with ASIC project successes with a small team.
Participated the projects for massive parallel computation, Server grade design or AI related design will be a plus.

Job description:
Working closely with hardware/architecture engineering and software teams to understand the hardware and software requirements.
Responsible for compiler and tool chain design, implementation maintaining and performance tuning.
Responsible for the design and implementation of deep learning software stack.
Job requirements:
Strong C/C++/Python programming skills and solid knowledge of data structure and algorithm.
Familiarity with compiler theory, and experience on compiler development at least two years.
Familiarity with machine learning or deep learning is a good plus.
Experience on open source compiler project such as GCC/LLVM/Open64 is a good plus.
Experience on Shader/CUDA/OpenCL assembler level performance is a good plus.
Experience on graph level compiler development on Caffe/Tensorflow/py Torch/MXNet etc is a good plus.
Familiarity with CPU or (GP) GPU architecture is a plus.
Self-motivated, team work and good communication are a must.
