为了应对全球海运运力不足、核心航线舱位不足的课题,进一步优化出海物流线路,构建多元化运输模式,近期广汽国际与深圳招商滚装运输有限公司(以下简称“招商滚装”)、华南中远海运集装箱运输有限公司(以下简称“中远海运集运”)及中远海运特种运输股份有限公司(以下简称“中远海特”)三家战略合作船司开展业务洽谈,全力保证出海的稳定性。

招商滚装:
强化滚装运输业务合作,保障出口运力
滚装运输
自2014年以来,招商滚装持续为广汽国际提供的优质服务和海运资源。为保障出口供应链、物流链畅通,广汽国际总经理卫海岗、副总经理王顺胜等一行前往拜访了招商滚装,与招商滚装总经理刘如松、执行副总经理谢强、副总经理唐凯等核心管理层展开了深入的座谈交流。会上,卫海岗一行听取了招商滚装目前的业务情况介绍,双方就2024年业务发展规划、出口运力保障等内容进行了充分交流。

中远海运集运:
加强集装箱运输合作,缓解滚装舱位压力

中远海运集运于2023年5月开始为广汽国际提供集装箱货运服务,为进一步强化双方优势互补,在现有合作基础上全面提升合作的层级、能级和量级,卫海岗、王顺胜等一行与中远海运集运华南营销总监副总经理毛文骏、华南运管部总经理刘艳秀、延伸部总经理黄波、广州集运总经理金嘉伟等开展交流,围绕双方2024年的业务发展规划,以及马来西亚KD项目等合作情况进行了深入探讨,达成了多方位合作的共识。

毛文骏表示:“广汽是广州区域重要的‘新三样’客户,从去年下半年稳定合作开始,在不到一年的时间里已经取得了超过2500TEU的增量,特别是在今年的马来西亚项目上,通过海铁联运的模式取得突破性进展,体现了双方深度合作的优势和潜力。希望双方充分发挥各自的资源优势,让中远海运集运最大程度确保广汽品牌汽车出口的顺畅。”
卫海岗对双方取得的合作成果给予高度评价,他表示,“广汽国际将继续与中远海运集运保持深度合作,共同提升各环节的合作效率与质量。特别是在整车和KD件项目上,双方应充分利用集运灵活高效的全程运输方案,实现更加紧密的合作与共赢,真正体现出国货国运的优势。”

探讨特种柜运输合作,共建出海物流大通道
特种柜运输
中远海特拥有规模和综合实力居世界前列的特种运输船队,船舶航行于160多个国家和地区的1500多个港口之间,航线覆盖全球。为探讨更多合作可能性,广汽国际副总经理吕国杰与广州港股份业务总监孙邦成等一行组成访问团,共同拜访了中远海特,与中远海特副总经理顾卫东等核心管理层开展座谈交流,就积极贯彻落实省、市政府相关决策部署,充分发挥各自资源优势,联合打造华南汽车出口基地,助力国车加速出海进行积极沟通。

座谈会上,广汽国际与广州港、中远海特共同回顾了近年来紧密合作情况,分析在新形势下汽车出口物流供应链业务的挑战和机遇,并就后续依托中远海运特下属滚装船、“纸浆船+汽车框架”以及广州港码头资源优势,进一步优化出口流程,提升广汽整体物流效率,合力构建通畅便捷的华南汽车出海物流大通道达成共识。

GAC INTERNATIONAL recently visited China Merchants Shenzhen Roro Shipping Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CMES RORO"), COSCO Shipping Lines (Huanan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "COSCO SHIPPING"), and COSCO SHIPPING Specialized Carriers Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "COSCO SPECIAL SHIPPING"), engaging in in-depth discussions with the three shipping companies for stable maritime transportation.

CMES RORO has been consistently providing GAC INTERNATIONAL with high-quality services and maritime resources since 2014. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the export supply chain and logistics chain, Wei Haigang, General Manager of GAC International and Wang Shunsheng, Deputy General Manager of GAC International led a delegation to visit CMES RORO. General Manager Liu Rusong, Executive Deputy General Manager Xie Qiang, Deputy General Manager Tang Kai of CMES RORO led their core management team members to hold an in-depth business symposium with the GAC INTERNATIONAL delegation. At the symposium, Wei Haigang and the delegation listened to CMES RORO's current business situation, both parties extensively expressed their viewpoints on the 2024 business development plan, export capacity assurance, and other related topics.

Wei Haigang concurred wholeheartedly, emphasizing that GAC INTERNATIONAL will work closely with CMES RORO to enhance communication, improve collaboration efficiency, and particularly look forward to achieving deeper cooperation in core regions and key shipping routes.

COSCO SHIPPING provided the first container freight service to GAC INTERNATIONAL in May 2023. To further strengthen the complementary advantages, both parties decided to comprehensively enhance the level, capacity, and scope of collaboration based on the current collaboration, Wei Haigang and Wang Shunsheng led the delegation to engage in discussion with Mao Wenjun, South China Marketing Director & Deputy General Manager of COSCO SHIPPING, Liu Yanxiu, General Manager of South China Operation Department, Huang Bo, General Manager of Development Department and Jin Jiawei, General Manager of Guangzhou Container Shipping. Both parties had an in-depth business discussion on the 2024 business development plan and the collaboration on projects such as the Malaysia KD project, achieving a consensus to engage in multifaceted collaboration.

Mao Wenjun said, "GAC is an important 'New Three' client in the Guangzhou region, we have achieved a growth more than 2500 TEUs in less than a year since our stable partnership in 2023 H2, we've made a breakthrough milestone of combined shipping-railway transportation in this year's Malaysia project, showcasing the advantages and potential of our in-depth collaboration. We hope that we can further leverage our respective resource strengths to enable COSCO SHIPPING to provide better services for the export of GAC vehicles."
Wei Haigang highly praised the collaboration achievements of both parties, he said, "GAC INTERNATIONAL will continue to keep in-depth collaboration with COSCO SHIPPING, aiming to enhance the collaboration efficiency and quality at all aspects. Especially in the vehicle assembly and KD projects, both parties should fully leverage the flexible and efficient full-chain transportation solutions to achieve closer collaboration and win-win outcomes, truly showcasing the strength of Chinese enterprises and Chinese products."

COSCO SPECIAL SHIPPING owns one of the world's leading fleets in terms of scale and comprehensive capabilities, its vessels sailed over 1,500 ports in over 160 countries and regions worldwide, with routes covering the whole world. In order to explore further cooperation possibilities, Lyu Guojie, Deputy General Manager of GAC International, and Sun Bangcheng, Business Director of Guangzhou Port Co., Ltd., led a delegation to visit COSCO SPECIAL SHIPPING and engage in business discussions with Gu Weidong, Deputy General Manager of COSCO SPECIAL SHIPPING, and his core management team. Both parties fostered proactive communication on how to actively implement decisions and deployments of the provincial and municipal governments, and how to fully leverage their respective resource advantages to jointly establish a Southern China automotive export base and facilitate the rapid going global of domestic vehicles.

At the symposium, GAC INTERNATIONAL, Guangzhou Port, and COSCO SPECIAL SHIPPING reviewed their close collaborations in recent years, analyzed the challenges and opportunities in the automotive export logistics supply chain under the new circumstances. They also reached a consensus on how to leverage COSCO SPECIAL SHIPPING's Ro-Ro ship, "pulp vessel + automotive frame", and Guangzhou Port's terminal resources to further optimize the export process, how to enhance GAC's overall logistics efficiency, and jointly build a smooth and convenient Southern China automotive export logistics channel.
Facing the globalization trend, it is very important to ensure stable supply and logistics in driving automotive exports. After a series of business symposium with CMED RORO, COSCO SHIPPING and COSCO SPECIAL SHIPPING, GAC INTERNATIONAL not only strengthened its existing partnerships with major marine shipping companies, but also reached new consensus on future business collaboration directions. In the future, GAC INTERNATIONAL will continue to adhere to the priority of improving operational quality and efficiency, further deepen logistics collaboration, aiming to achieve a new win-win situation and mutual benefits, propelling automotive exports towards "high-quality" development with effective coordination.
