On September 16th, GAC celebrated the grand opening of its brand showrooms in Hung Hom and North Point, Hong Kong, marking another significant milestone in GAC's market expansion in Hong Kong. Nearly a hundred guests attended the opening ceremony, including Zeng Lintang, CEO of APMS, Wei Haigang, President of GAC International, Wang Shunsheng, Vice President of GAC International, Zheng Chunqi, Deputy General Manager of GAC AION, Mai Lingling, Brand Consultant of GAC and a geomancer, renowned Hong Kong actress Joyce Chen, as well as representatives from Dah Sing Bank, Fubon Bank, Commercial Bank, and local mainstream media.

The Hung Hom showroom is strategically located at 6 Metropolis Drive, Fortune Metropolis, adjacent to such key transportation hubs as the Hong Kong Coliseum and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University that connect the major areas of Kowloon and Hong Kong Island, offering immense market potential. The North Point showroom, situated in one of Hong Kong's key commercial and residential hotspots, boasts high foot traffic and significant commercial value. With the official launch of the Hung Hom and North Point showrooms, GAC will introduce a broader range of advanced NEVs to the Hong Kong market, providing local consumers with more convenient and better service experiences.

At the event, Zeng Lintang stated, "Since GAC officially entered the Hong Kong market earlier this year, its brand and products have attracted significant attention. The grand opening of the Hung Hom showroom marks the beginning of a new journey. The highlight of the opening event was the debut of three flagship vehicles at the GAC Hung Hom showroom, namely the "First-Class Technology" AION Y Plus, the luxurious and intelligent pure electric SUV HYPTEC HT in its right-hand drive version, and the smart new energy vehicle GAC MOTOR E9. Renowned Hong Kong actress Joyce Chen and numerous guests and media have experienced GAC's green mobility offerings up close.

Moreover, the first appearance of the HYPTEC HT in the right-hand drive version in Hong Kong has enjoyed much fanfare in the local market. The GAC MOTOR E9, designed with an all-scenario, worry-free, luxury-centric concept, has garnered widespread consumer acclaim. To address the issue of insufficient charging infrastructure in Hong Kong, GAC will introduce the E9 PHEV, a plug-in hybrid vehicle with a range of up to 1,442 km, ensuring a worry-free journey for its consumers.
