数字化已经成为了中国汽车品牌国际化进程中愈发重要的一环。近日,广汽国际联合大圣科技与SAP原厂服务团队举办出海数字化建设研讨会。广汽国际总经理卫海岗、副总经理高峰、副总经理吕国杰出席会议,与广汽国际整车采销、售后服务、财务等部门的关键用户齐聚一堂,从出海初衷、成功要素、未来构想等维度层层深入,共同探讨推进数字化出海新举措,为深耕海外市场蓄势赋能,进一步推动全球化布局。

随着我国汽车出海势力在亚、欧两大市场渗透率的提高,以巴西为代表的拉美市场正在成为车企竞相争夺的新战场。巴西是全球第六大汽车市场,也是广汽国际出海的关键一站。市场机遇广阔,挑战也不容忽视。从复杂的经销商管理体系到繁琐的财税申报流程及严格的合规要求,这都需要有一个贴合市场实践的数字化管理基座。此次研讨会聚焦巴西等重点市场,探索并推进广汽国际出海数字化转型之路。


本次研讨会,SAP原厂专家带来了巴西系统实施案例。SAP专家为与会者详细介绍了中国企业出海的普适数字化实践以及项目实施方法论,并针对业务用户普遍关心的需求表述、推进进度等问题一一进行解答。随后,研讨会采用分组形式,围绕出海初衷、成功要素、成功举措、价值构想、未来构想5大领域展开了热烈而深入的讨论,广泛收集业务用户的观点,群策群力、凝聚共识,共同为广汽国际出海数字化建设出谋划策。

Digital transformation has become an increasingly critical component in the internationalization of Chinese automotive brands. Recently, GAC INTERNATIONAL, in collaboration with Digital Science Tech and the SAP Original Service Team, hosted a seminar on digital transformation for global expansion. Wei Haigang, President of GAC International, Gao Feng, Vice President of GAC International, and Lyu Guojie, Vice President of GAC International attended the event, joined by key users from departments such as vehicle procurement and sales, after-sales service, and finance. The participants engaged in in-depth discussions, exploring topics ranging from the motivations for global expansion to key success factors and future visions. Together, they deliberated on new measures for advancing digital globalization, empowering sustained growth in overseas markets, and further driving global strategic development.

Transformation for Global Expansion

As Chinese automakers continue to expand their presence in the Asian and European markets, Latin America, represented by Brazil, is emerging as a new battleground. Brazil, the world's sixth-largest automotive market, is a critical milestone in GAC INTERNATIONAL's global journey. While the market offers vast opportunities, it also presents significant challenges, from the complexities of dealer management systems to intricate tax filing processes and stringent compliance requirements. Addressing these challenges requires a digital management foundation tailored to market practices. This seminar focused on key markets such as Brazil, exploring and advancing GAC INTERNATIONAL's digital transformation strategy for global expansion.


At the seminar, SAP experts presented a case study on system implementation in Brazil. They provided attendees with a detailed overview of universal digital practices for Chinese enterprises expanding overseas and the methodologies for project implementation. The experts also addressed common concerns from business users, such as requirement articulation and project progress. Subsequently, the seminar adopted a group discussion format, focusing on five key areas: the motivations for global expansion, key success factors, successful initiatives, value propositions, and future visions. Participants extensively gathered perspectives from business users, fostering collaboration and building consensus to collectively contribute ideas for advancing the digital transformation of GAC INTERNATIONAL's global expansion.
