为了提高售后服务人员的技能水平,将“服务先行”的理念落于实处,获得更高的客户满意度,广汽国际在沙特达曼开展中级培训暨中东公司第一届售后技能竞赛,来自沙特利雅得、达曼、吉达三大服务中心的15名技术骨干参与了本次活动。
理论与实践并重,以赛促优“竞”展风采
本次活动首先以一场全面而深入的中级培训拉开序幕。为期四天的培训涵盖了理论教学与实操培训两大板块内容,促进了技师对GAC车型技术的全面了解,扎实掌握从故障诊断到各系统维修的全流程技能,助力提升现地一次维修成功率与客户满意度。此次培训过程中,各位参与技师表现出了强烈的参与意愿和求知欲。

培训结束后,一场紧张的售后技能竞赛随即展开。本次竞赛由经销商服务经理、资深培训讲师、广汽国际售后经理及售后技术人员共同组成评委阵容,设置了知识测试复赛与实操任务决赛,全面考验技师的理论知识储备及技能水平。决赛现场,技师们熟练地进行车辆环绕检查、系统测试操作以及故障诊断排除等,展示了优秀的诊断技能和实操风采,获得了评委们的由衷赞赏。

见证荣誉时刻,“AAC技术大师”正式揭晓
经过激烈的角逐,终于迎来了奖项揭晓时刻。Mohamed Taimoor(达曼售后服务中心)、Abu Bakar(吉达服务中心)、Eduardo Angeles(利雅得服务中心)脱颖而出,获得本次竞赛前三名。摘得本次竞赛桂冠的Mohamed Taimoor,被授予“AAC技术大师”荣誉。其余参赛技师也均获得了广汽国际颁发的认证证书,以资鼓励。

To enhance the skills of after-sales personnel, implement the "service first" philosophy, and achieve higher customer satisfaction, GAC INTERNATIONAL held an intermediate training and the 1st after-sales technical skill contest of the Middle East company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Fifteen experienced technicians from the three major service centers in Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah participated in this event.

Showcasing Superior Technical Skills
The event kicked off with comprehensive and in-depth intermediate training. The four-day training covered theoretical instruction and operation practice, enabling participating technicians to get deeper insights into GAC's vehicle technology. Moreover, technicians have gained solid mastery of the entire repair process from fault diagnosis to system repairs, helping to improve the on-site first-time fix rate and customer satisfaction. Throughout the training, the technicians demonstrated a strong desire to participate and a keen eagerness to learn professional skills.

After the training, an intense technical skill contest started. The judging panel consisted of dealer service managers, senior training instructors, after-sales managers of GAC International, and after-sales technicians of GAC International. The contest included a knowledge test semi-final and a practical task final, thoroughly assessing the technicians' theoretical knowledge and skill levels. During the final, technicians expertly performed vehicle inspections, system testing operations, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting, showcasing their outstanding diagnostic skills and practical abilities, which earned praise from the judges.

After fierce competition, the award announcement finally arrived. Mohamed Taimoor (Dammam After-Sales Service Center), Abu Bakar (Jeddah Service Center), and Eduardo Angeles (Riyadh Service Center) stood out and won the top three places in the contest. Mohamed Taimoor, the champion of the contest, was awarded the title of "AAC Master Technician". All other participating technicians also received certification from GAC INTERNATIONAL to encourage them to further hone their skills.
