2025年3月1日，“GREEN QINGDAO”轮搭载广汽国际68台新能源汽车框架箱，从广州南沙港鸣笛启航前往巴西。
这一标志性事件代表着广汽国际联合中远海运特运及广州港集团打造的‘可折叠商品车框架运输方案’，在历经一年多的多方沟通与协同攻坚，并获得海事局、海关各级领导的大力支持后，首次在粤港澳大湾区实现了商业化应用。
这不仅是物流技术的突破，更是广汽国际以更灵活、更高效的方式，为国产新能源汽车出海按下“加速键”。

通过本次首航全流程操作，广汽国际与广州港集团、中远海运特运构建起汽车框架箱物流运输全流程标准化体系；此次创新运输方案的应用，广汽国际对新兴市场的服务能力也得以显著增强：

智慧集港，无缝衔接：依托南沙港区智能调度系统，实现车辆到港“零等待”入箱；港区创新“重箱直装”模式，缩短启运港船舶在港时间20%；

安全加固，技术创新+：首航船舶增加“一对一”温度检测及报警系统，为新能源电池运输提供更周全的安全保障。同时采用自主研发的专用可折叠框架，建构全流程标准化作业，满足多港口拼箱及多航线接驳能力，提升运输效率，为新能源车海运提供新选择；

提质增效，降本凸显：南美东航线周班常态化运营，可实现紧急订单交付周期缩短约10-15天；同时通过与吉达港、林查班港等海外节点联动，已构建覆盖30国市场的敏捷交付网络。小批量订单不仅实现灵活高效交付，且物流成本较传统模式下降超10%，凸显成本优势。

On March 1, 2025, the vessel "GREEN QINGDAO"departed from Port of Nansha, Guangzhou bound for Brazil, carrying 68 automotive frame containers of new energy vehicles made by GAC INTERNATIONAL.
This milestone event marks the first commercial application of the " Collapsible Commercial Vehicle Frame Container Transport Solution" developed by GAC INTERNATIONAL in collaboration with COSCO Shipping Specialized Carriers and Guangzhou Port Group within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The achievement comes after more than a year of multi-party coordination and collaborative efforts, with strong support from the Maritime Safety Administration and customs authorities at various levels.
This is not just a breakthrough in logistics, but also GAC INTERNATIONAL accelerating domestic NEVs' global expansion with enhanced flexibility and efficiency.

Equipped with one-to-one temperature monitoring and alarming systems, the maiden voyage vessel provided enhanced safety assurance for new energy battery transportation. Self-developed collapsible frames container with which standardized operational workflows have been established, enabling multi-port consolidation and multi-route transshipment capabilities, thus offering higher transport efficiency and new solutions for new energy vehicle shipping.

Efficiency Enhancement & Cost Optimization:
The weekly scheduled service on the East Coast South America route reduces urgent order delivery cycles by 10-15 days. An agile delivery network covering 30 countries has been established through coordinated operations with overseas hubs including Jeddah Port and Laem Chabang Port. Small-batch orders now achieve flexible delivery with logistics costs decreased by over 10%, thus highlighting cost competitiveness compared with traditional models.

CCTV report noted that its superior flexibility meets small-batch customized demands compared to traditional ro-ro vessels and commending the innovation as "Chinese ingenuity is offering flexible and efficient Bay Area model for global automotive trade by breaking the logistics bottlenecks for new energy vehicle exports."
