6 月 29 日,广州市委副书记陈向新率队赴泰国开展经贸交流活动,广汽集团党委副书记陈小沐、广汽国际副总经理王顺胜陪同调研。陈向新一行先后走访了广汽国际泰国销售公司和泰国中华总商会, 深入交流广汽在泰销售业绩及中泰经贸合作情况。
此外,陈小沐一行又继续走访广汽国际泰国旗舰体验中心、参加海外人才培养基地揭牌仪式、并调研广汽罗勇工厂,深入一线,为广汽在泰深度布局与长远发展提出指导意见。

业务布局成果斐然
陈向新一行首先走进广汽国际泰国销售公司,在座谈中深入了解广汽在泰销售布局及业绩表现。2025 年 上半年,广汽在泰销量同比劲增 214%,跃居泰国电动汽车市场第二位、全品类第八位。这一亮眼成绩展现了广汽品牌车型在泰国市场的强劲竞争力。按规划,广汽将每年引入新车型,持续丰富产品矩阵,满足泰国消费者不断增长的需求。

走访泰国中华总商会,共商合作新篇
随后,调研团前往泰国中华总商会,总商会主席林楚钦及多位商会领导热情接待。林主席对广州市领导及广汽集团代表团的到访表示热烈欢迎,高度评价广汽在泰国市场的卓越表现和对泰中经贸合作做出的的积极贡献。双方详细交流了泰国营商环境及总商会在促进双边经贸合作中的重要作用,期待广汽继续深化在泰布局,推动更多优质产品和服务进入泰国市场,进一步加强双方在新能源汽车领域的合作,实现互利共赢。

海外人才基地揭牌,实战型人才培养启航
6月28日,广汽国际海外人才培养基地(泰国)揭牌仪式在广汽国际泰国旗舰体验中心顺利举行。广汽集团党委副书记陈小沐、广汽国际副总经理王顺胜、广汽商贸副总经理卢伟聪、广汽国际综合管理部总监叶随涛出席了仪式,共同见证了这一具有战略意义的时刻。
该人才基地将紧贴市场一线和业务实战,围绕核心岗位能力要求,构建兼顾本地适配性与体系标准化的成长路径,打造属地化人才培养机制。首批入选的 8 位储备人才已入驻该培养基地,将展开为期一个月的深度业务历练,全面提升综合能力,为今后服务广汽国际的国际化事业夯实基础、积蓄力量。

销售 + 能源服务双轨战略落地
揭牌仪式后,陈小沐一行还继续调研了广汽国际泰国旗舰体验中心,该中心作为广汽在泰国市场的重要战略落点,集展示、销售与服务于一体,不仅全面展现了广汽新能源产品的实力,也体现了“销售+能源服务”双轨战略在东南亚市场的逐步推进。作为“One GAC 2.0”海外拓展的可复制模板,体验中心同时配备了优湃能源电池服务中心,为客户提供一站式电池检测与售后服务。该服务中心已获得BOI政策支持,进一步保障了产品品质与客户体验。

全产业链生态出海战略稳步推进
陈小沐一行重点走访了广汽位于罗勇的制造工厂,与现场管理层座谈交流了工厂运营情况。广汽泰国工厂基于广汽全球新能源汽车灯塔工厂理念打造,严格执行广汽生产方式与全球质量保障体系。智能化生产体系与严苛的品控标准,确保每一台下线的车型都达到全球统一的卓越品质。目前,泰国工厂本地化率达 51%,AION UT 车型计划于今年内实现本地制造。

携手共促东南亚汽车生态繁荣向上
此次广州市领导及集团领导率队赴泰调研,不仅加深了中泰经贸往来,更为广汽在东南亚市场的深度布局提供了有力支持。广汽国际将持续以“One GAC 2.0”战略为指引,全面推进“泰国行动”。至 2025 年底,广汽在泰服务网络将拓展至 80 家经销店,并全面落地广汽国际销售服务标准体系(GSSW)五星标准。此外,广汽已在当地布局 58 座充电站,并上线专属出行服务中心,不断完善补能生态。广汽将持续深度参与泰国汽车产业的全面发展,助力泰国成为集新能源汽车制造、研发及用户体验于一体的区域核心枢纽,持续为泰国及东南亚消费者提供优质电动出行体验。

On June 29, Chen Xiangxin, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee, led a delegation to Thailand for an economic and trade exchange visit, accompanied by Chen Xiaomu, Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee of GAC Group, and Wang Shunsheng, Vice President of GAC INTERNATIONAL. The delegation visited GAC INTERNATIONAL Thailand Sales Company and the Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, engaging in in-depth discussions on GAC’s sales performance in Thailand and Sino-Thai economic and trade cooperation.
Subsequently, Chen Xiaomu and his delegation continued their visit to the GAC INTERNATIONAL Thailand Flagship Experience Center, attended the unveiling ceremony of the Overseas Talent Training Base, and conducted in-depth research at the GAC Thailand Plant in Rayong, gaining firsthand insights and providing strong momentum into GAC’s deepened layout and long-term development in Thailand.

Chen Xiangxin and his delegation first visited GAC INTERNATIONAL Thailand Sales Company to gain a deep understanding of its sales strategy and performance in the Thai market. In the first half of 2025, GAC's sales in Thailand surged by 214% year-on-year, ranking second in the Thai electric vehicle market and eighth across all categories. This outstanding result not only highlights the strong competitiveness of GAC's brand vehicles in Thailand, but also lays a solid foundation for GAC’s deepened presence in Southeast Asia. According to the plan, GAC will introduce new models annually to continuously enrich its product portfolio and meet the growing demand of Thailand consumers.

Visit to the Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce: Exploring a New Chapter of Cooperation
The delegation then visited The Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, where they were warmly received by Chairman Lin Chuqin and several Chamber of Commerce leaders. Chairman Lin extended a warm welcome to the Guangzhou municipal leaders and GAC Group representatives, highly praising GAC’s outstanding performance in the Thai market and its active contribution to China-Thailand economic and trade cooperation. Both leaders gave a detailed overview of Thailand’s business environment and the Chamber’s pivotal role in promoting bilateral trade. Lin expressed his hope that GAC would continue to deepen its layout in Thailand, bring more high-quality products and services into the market, and further strengthen cooperation in the field of new energy vehicles, achieving mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.

Overseas Talent Base Unveiled,
Practice-Oriented Talent Training Set in Motion
On June 28, the inauguration ceremony of GAC INTERNATIONAL Talent Training Center (Thailand) was successfully held at GAC INTERNATIONAL Thailand Flagship Experience Center. GAC leaders, including Chen Xiaomu, Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee of GAC Group, Wang Shunsheng, Vice President of GAC INTERNATIONAL, Lu Weicong, Vice General Manager of GAC Business and Ye Suitao, Director of the General Management Department of GAC INTERNATIONAL, attended this important event and witnessed the strategic moment.
This talent Center will closely follow market trends and business practices.focusing on core position competencies requirements and aims to establish a localized talent development mechanism that balances local adaptability with standardized systems. The first cohort of eight reserve talents has already settled in the base, where they will undergo a one-month intensive business training program to enhance their comprehensive capabilities and lay a solid foundation for future service in GAC INTERNATIONAL’s global initiatives.

Dual Strategy of Sales
and Energy Services Takes Root
Following the unveiling ceremony, Chen Xiaomu and his delegation also conducted a site visit to the GAC INTERNATIONAL Thailand Flagship Experience Center. As a key strategic outpost for GAC in the Thai market, the center integrates display, sales, and service. It not only fully showcases the strength of GAC’s new energy products but also reflects the gradual implementation of the dual strategy of “Sales + Energy Services” in the Southeast Asian market. As a replicable model under the “One GAC 2.0” strategy, the experience center is equipped with GAC Thailand Battery Service Center, offering customers one-stop battery diagnostics and after-sales service. The service center has also received support under the BOI (Board of Investment) policy, further ensuring product quality and customer experience.

Steady Advancement of the Full-Chain
Ecosystem Globalization Strategy
Chen Xiaomu and his delegation paid a key visit to GAC Thailand Plant in Rayong, where they held discussions with the executives on operational status. The GAC Thailand plant based on GAC’s global NEV lighthouse factory and strictly implements the GAC Production System and global quality assurance standards. With an intelligent production system and strict quality control standards, every vehicle that rolls off the production line meets globally unified excellence standards. Currently, the localization rate of the Thailand plant has reached 51%, and the AION UT model is scheduled to achieve local production within this year.

Jointly Advancing the Prosperity of
Southeast Asia’s Automotive Ecosystem
This visit to Thailand by leaders of the Guangzhou municipal government and GAC Group not only deepened Sino-Thai economic and trade exchanges but also provided strong support for GAC’s in-depth deployment in the Southeast Asian market. GAC INTERNATIONAL will continue to advance its “Thailand Action” under the guidance of the “One GAC 2.0” strategy.
By the end of 2025, GAC’s service network in Thailand will expand to 80 dealerships, fully implementing the GAC Sales & Service Way (GSSW) five-star system. Additionally, GAC has already established 58 charging stations in the region and launched a dedicated mobility service center, continuously improving its energy replenishment ecosystem. GAC will deeply involve in the comprehensive growth of Thailand’s automotive industry, supporting the country to become a regional hub that integrates NEV manufacturing, R&D, and user experience, and consistently delivering high-quality electric mobility solutions to consumers in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
