IP操盘手Associate
岗位职责：
• 基于公司视频号或创始人IP的选题，协助完成短视频的素材拍摄与剪辑。
岗位要求：
具备创意能力，善于创新表达。
富有好奇心，善于发现工作或生活中的亮点。
大专、本科及以上学历，编导、影视等相关专业或具备相关工作经验者。
面向本科生和硕士在读生，也优先开放给26、27届毕业生。

但你可能不知道的是，我们一直在做一件事：把服务设计变成精品内容，让好服务普惠更多人。
文字是一种方式，视频是另一种更直观的“翻译器”。

你和团队如何协作？
桥中团队不大，所以希望每个人都是“六边形”战士：
作为实习生，你会直接参与全流程：从创意会到成片发布，还有可能被“丢”去独立创作，抓拍最真实的场景。
不用担心经验不足——我们有商业敏锐大神亲自指导，但你需要有极强的创意和执行能力，以及一颗“打破砂锅问到底”的心。

不是设备多高端，也不是剪辑软件玩得多溜。
核心就六个字：好奇心/执行力。
看到一则商业新闻，会忍不住想“这背后到底咋回事？”；
刷到一条爆款视频，会琢磨“它为什么能火？”；
甚至逛街时发现奶茶店排队，会下意识分析“它的用户动线设计”。

Job Responsibilities
Based on the content Strategy for the company's WeChat Channels And founder's IP, assist in shooting and editing short video materials.
Job Requirements
1. Possess creative thinking and be good at innovative expression.
2. Have a strong sense of curiosity and be able to spot highlights in work or daily life.
3. Hold a college diploma, bachelor’s degree or above; graduates majoring in Directing, Film & Television or related fields, or those with relevant work experience are preferred.
4. Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students; also prioritizes graduates of the 2026 and 2027

How Will You Collaborate with the Team?
Bridge China has a small team, so we expect every member to be an "all-rounded player":
As an intern, you will participate in the entire workflow directly—from creative meetings to the release of the final video. You may even be "assigned" to create independently and capture the most authentic scenes.
No need to worry about lack of experience—we have experts with sharp business insights to guide you personally. However, you need to have strong creativity, executive ability, and a mindset of "getting to the bottom of things".

It’s not about how advanced your equipment is, nor how proficient you are in video editing software.
The core lies in a few words: Curiosity / Executive Ability.
When you see a business news piece, you can’t help but wonder, "What’s really behind this?"
When you come across a viral video, you will think about, "Why did it become popular?"
Even when you see a long queue at a milk tea shop while shopping, you will subconsciously analyze "its customer flow design".
If you have this kind of "professional obsession", we will most likely be a good fit.

Who Is This Position Suitable For?
You enjoy the "flexible" atmosphere of a small company: There is no rigid assembly-line workflow like in large corporations, but you need to be able to take charge of one or even multiple tasks independently.
You reject rigid routines and are willing to polish a 3-second shot repeatedly.
You have a natural interest in business and can turn obscure concepts into engaging content.
You aspire to start a business or run a self-media account in the future: This position will provide you with a practical training ground.

Important Note: This position requires on-site work (Changning District, Shanghai). You need to work at least 4 days a week for more than 3 months.
