根据中国的相关规定,外国人在中国就业需要满足以下条件:
年龄与健康:年满18周岁且身体健康。
专业技能:具备从事其工作所必须的专业技能和相应的工作经历。
无犯罪记录:申请人需要无犯罪记录。
聘用单位:有确定的聘用单位。
有效证件:持有有效护照或能代替护照的其他国际旅行证件。
满足了上述条件后,外籍配偶可以申请工作许可证和工作类居留许可,从而在中国合法工作。
According to relevant regulations of China, foreigners need to meet the following conditions for employment in China:
Age and Health: Over 18 years old and in good health.
Professional skills: possessing the necessary professional skills and corresponding work experience to engage in their work.
No criminal record: The applicant needs to have no criminal record.
Employer: There is a designated employer.
Valid documents: Hold a valid passport or other international travel documents that can replace a passport.
After meeting the above conditions, foreign spouses can apply for work permits and work-related residence permits to legally work in China.
申请流程 Application process
对于中国公民的外籍配偶来说,申请工作签证的流程相对简化。在满足工签申请条件的基础上他们持团聚居留许可,可以在中国境内直接申请工作许可,无需出境申请。
For foreign spouses of Chinese citizens, the process of applying for a work visa is relatively simplified. On the basis of meeting the conditions for applying for a work visa, they can apply for a work permit directly within China without the need to apply for an exit permit by holding a group residence permit.

其他选择 Other options
如果外籍配偶暂时不符合工作签证的申请条件,或者希望在未来有更长远的规划,他们还可以考虑以下选择:
申请团聚类居留许可:这是大多数跨国婚姻外籍配偶的选择,但需要注意的是,团聚类居留许可通常不允许在中国工作。
申请中国绿卡:如果外籍配偶与中国公民的婚姻关系存续满5年,且在中国连续居留满5年(每年在中国居留不少于9个月),有稳定生活保障和住所,并遵守中国法律、身体健康、无犯罪记录,那么可以申请永久居留(即中国绿卡)。一旦获得绿卡,他们在中国的就业将不再受限制。
If the foreign spouse temporarily does not meet the application requirements for a work visa, or wishes to have longer-term plans in the future, they may also consider the following options:
Applying for a reunion type residence permit: This is the choice for most foreign spouses of cross-border marriages, but it should be noted that reunion type residence permits usually do not allow working in China.
Applying for a Chinese Green Card: If a foreign spouse has been married to a Chinese citizen for at least 5 years and has resided continuously in China for at least 5 years (with no less than 9 months of residency per year), has stable living security and residence, complies with Chinese laws, is in good health, and has no criminal record, then they can apply for permanent residency (i.e. Chinese Green Card). Once they obtain a green card, their employment in China will no longer be restricted.
