Last weekend, Laowaihere invited local Chinese and expat foodies to travel throughout Chengdu on a fun food treasure hunting game. And everything turned out fun.
活动共6队，而我们是中外合作队，名曰“老外HERE TEAM”。
Six teams, followed their mission cards with a specific time limit for locating their cuisines. Each mission had a different score and the faster team with the higher score won the contest.

It wasn’t easy to learn but after a long time trying it was good to return to the Sichuan tea customs.
根据不同的线索，大家在该街区周围找到了很多很当地的美食：

Thanks to clues in the mission cards, we found many local delicacies around the area.
We tried the famous “mooncakes” in the Couple Pastry Bakery which has a 20 year
history.

我们的中外团队在这过程，认识着彼此，交流彼此的文化，享受着寻找成都美食，吃到美食的惊艳，喝着盖碗茶，体验四川悠闲自在的生活，挖掘探索沿路风景…...这才是旅行的意义吧▔▽▔
What a fun day - we shared our different cultures, explored Chengdu delicacies, drank covered-bowl tea, experienced the cozy and easy life and enjoyed the scenery along the road. This is essence of the joy of travel!
