很多在国外的小伙伴在和当地的人聊天时经常会遇到的情况，随着中国的发展，越来越多的人对中国开始抱有兴趣，但是对成都仍然知之甚少，这也对老外HERE吸引更多的外籍人才来到成都造成了难度，因此从今年开始老外HERE的跨文化活动开始走出了国门。
Many people abroad are aware of China’s current development, and a growing number are interested in Chinese culture and history. But still very few know where and what is ‘Chengdu’.
LAOWAI HERE decided to go on a mini-mission to help those interested overseas to understand more about China...
2017年的第一站，老外HERE 海外推广团队来到了英国。从5月20日到6月1日，老外here中英创始团队与英国本地对接团队一行7人在英国四个城市展开了10天的推介之旅。
From May 20th until June 1st, LAOWAI HERE’s British and Chinese co-founders went on their first team trip abroad to the UK.
十天中，老外HERE走进了英国的高校，站上了的讲台，给即将毕业的大学生讲中国，讲成都;走进了英国招聘会，宣传人才政策和中国的工作机会;走进了英国的孵化器，创业机构，为中国的企业机构做资源对接，走进了英国政府部门，新闻机构，讲述中国和成都的创新发展。
Over the trip, LAOWAI HERE visited a number of institutions with the goal of promoting China, specifically Southwest China and its capital Chengdu, and help people in the UK better understand the current business environment on offer.

- Invitation to host a careers talk at top British university
On May 23rd, LAOWAI HERE went to University College London (UCL, a Global Top 10 University) to host a careers session on ‘Living and Working in China’.
5月23日，老外here应ucl（伦敦大学学院，全球大学排名前十）的邀请，为该校跟即将毕业的学生介绍中国，介绍成都。
老外HERE的Daisy经过精心准备，从自己从诺丁汉毕业到中国几年的经历讲述中国和四川的基本情况，中国与英国的不同与相同。
LAOWAI HERE’s Customer Service Manager, Daisy, is herself a graduate from the University of Nottingham UK and has lived and worked in China for over 3 years. She shared her experiences at the session.
△伦敦大学校内宣讲 Invitation to host a careers talk at top British university
并讲述了自己三年在中国工作生活的经历，让在场英国大学生们对于中国有了更深的认识。活动过后，很多大学生对我们说，不知道原来中国是这样子，特别希望将来有机会可以到中国工作。
After the event, a number of attendees expressed their interest in coming to China to work, and felt they were more clued-up on what to expect upon arrival.
同时，老外HERE也走访了包括伦敦帝国理工学院、牛津大学、诺丁汉大学在内的四所高校，宣传中国与四川的发展。
LAOWAI HERE also visited Imperial College, Oxford University, and the University of Nottingham, for marketing and for ongoing cooperation.

老外HERE走进英国人才招聘会，同参与人员介绍中国以及四川基本情况，介绍四川海外人才引进等相关政策。
- UK Recruitment Fair
LAOWAI HERE took part in a recruitment fair, helping introduce China and Sichuan to local residents as well as assist domestic organsiations in their talent sourcing needs.

同时，老外HERE走访了英国5家创业孵化器，3个英国政府部门，很多在英国的初创企业，宣传国内政策，以及国内机构的交流互访需求，人才需求等。
LAOWAI HERE visited 5 incubators, 3 British government departments and a number of UK start-ups, promoting domestic policies, exchange visits, and talent needs.

In addition to LAOWAI HERE company promotion, we also hope to promote Chinese culture across the ZA and improve the overall visibility of Sichuan and Chengdu. We hope to help Chinese enterprises, universities and colleges to exchange overseas resources and enter new markets. We hope to establish a stronger bridge of communication between Chengdu and the ZA.
